I genuinely enjoy my sessions with each team member, and they are all very approachable, kind and empathetic to where you are at in your recovery. From start to finish, the entire team made what could have been a stressful process genuinely enjoyable. I even found myself looking forward to my sessions instead of dreading them. Alisa and Karen are fantastic clinicians. They are wonderful to work with, providing attentive and thoughtful care that clearly demonstrates their knowledge in their field. I initially came in to address knee issues, but through their careful observation and attention to detail, we also identified and began working on underlying hip issues that were contributing to my injuries and lifting challenges. That level of insight and personalized care really stood out. Their care was matched by their energy and kindness - they are both friendly people whom I enjoyed talking with and getting to know throughout my sessions. I will miss working with them! Kyle and Cody were equally great to work with - supportive, knowledgeable, and instrumental in keeping each session running smoothly. They mirror the qualities I outlined about Karen and Alisa, and the whole team exudes camaraderie. Everyone is excited to work with each other, and as a patient, it's hard not to get wrapped up in their dynamic and feel like you are a part of it! The overall environment felt encouraging and collaborative rather than clinical or impersonal. Marcela at the front desk was always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful with scheduling and any questions. I especially appreciated the easygoing, fun conversations at the start of each visit, as they set the tone for an experience that felt relaxed and personal. Finding time in my schedule was a breeze, and Marcela was always on top of 'to-dos', allowing me to focus on my treatment and not get wrapped up in logistics. What stood out most was how motivating and comfortable the atmosphere was. It felt less like going to appointments and more like working on recovery with people I genuinely enjoyed being around. That made it much easier to stay consistent and engaged. Overall, the combination of kindness, professionalism, and effective treatment made a huge difference in my recovery. I'm very grateful for the care I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend SPT Canyon Park to anyone looking for high-quality physical therapy. I can honestly say I'll miss coming in each week!

I came to Club Pilates after a friend--who'd heard my long-standing saga about chronic knee and hip…read morepain--suggested I try it out. My issues originally stemmed from a broken foot I never fully rehabbed with proper physical therapy. She thought Pilates might help strengthen all those small, neglected muscles. I'm an Orangetheory junkie, but I had to stop because I was in constant pain every night. I was doing some physical therapy, but it just wasn't enough. Committing to Pilates five times a week was what finally made the difference. After three consistent months, I'm back to my regular exercise routine--pain-free for the first time in about eight months. It honestly felt like magic. The instructors are so knowledgeable, it's almost like having physical therapists guide you through every class, targeting muscles I probably hadn't activated in years if ever. I only wish I'd found Club Pilates right after getting out of the boot. It could have saved me months of discomfort. Having done physical therapy first definitely gave me a good foundation, but I'd highly recommend starting with a few private lessons to make sure your form is solid and you're getting the most out of it. The unlimited group class membership is about $299/month, which is actually very affordable for Pilates. The classes are creative, engaging, and rarely the same twice. Now that I'm back at Orange Theory , I can feel how much stronger and more balanced I am. All those weak spots and bad movement patterns have noticeably improved. I'm so grateful. Also, classes at Club Pilates run almost every hour throughout the day, which is super convenient. Any little issues I may have had with teachers I'm able to disregard on account of finally having a body that doesn't hurt. And even the teachers I enjoyed the least still gave killer workouts. The main front desk person is so friendly, always bright eyed with a big smile. Su Rain, Emily, and Crystal are the girls in HS you want to include you, and they finally do, in your journey to a pain free body. (This is where I'd put a goofy tongue out emoji.)

I'm a reformer Pilates girl, so the Xformer was a bit of an adjustment for me. But all of the instructors are super awesome in helping me use the Xformer properly. The best part? The playlists! It's so much fun and really helps you get into the zone. The whole facility is super clean with lockers and a great bathroom with everything you need before or after class. There's tons of free parking too-- making it super easy and convenient. I loved my experience so much that I even bought a pair of biker shorts with the cut + flow logo and new grip socks as a little souvenir. I can't wait to come back to Cut + Flow!

Ive personally only taken 1 Xformer and a handful of yoga classes. I like that there's a variety of instructors with different styles. Cut and Flow sells grippy socks and lululemon clothes in the front. Don't forget to bring your own grippy socks to your first Xformer class, or you can purchase one at the studio. Their new client special is a great deal. One unlimited month for $99 which includes a free pair of grippy socks and free mat/towel rental. As of 9/11/24 there's also Xformer instructor in training classes which cost $15 per class! A drop in Xformer class typically cost $35.

I met Dawn while networking with local massage therapists through LinkedIn. We decided to have coffee and talk about our wonderful profession. I was immediately impressed with Dawn's knowledge and passion. We decided that we would like to receive massages from each other to get a better understanding of our respective bodywork. I get a good amount of massage and have some truly gifted trade partners so I was pretty overwhelmed when Dawn presented a solution to one of my lingering body issues from years as a professional fighter, within 15 minutes of entering her office! At one point during my first session I was actually almost moved to tears (yes, big boys do cry from time to time) just because of being able to believe again that I could solve a persistent hip/knee issue without surgery. It also made me even more cognizant of my role in helping my clients hold on to or regain hope in their recovery journeys. Although Dawn is truly multi-faceted and has studied many styles of massage, I would describe her primary work as structural integration, like Hellerwork in many ways. Dawn also provides exercise therapy and can give anyone a better understanding of how their body is designed to work and then help them get it working better. I highly recommend a visit to dawn if you have body pain that you want to be free of or if you just want to get your body in better alignment and functionality.

BODYWISE Bodywork reintegrates the separate parts, providing a foundation for exceptional health and well-being. For every muscle that performs an action, there is an opposing muscle(s) that does the opposite action - you can bend your arm and you can straighten your arm. Massage therapy releases tense and contracted muscles. What about the other set of muscles? If one set is chronically tight, the opposite must be unengaged and, over time, they can lose the strength or stamina necessary to function properly. Exercise therapy stimulates weakened musculature and re balances the entire structure. Our bodies have their own ability to heal and be whole. Anyone, at any age, can begin the process of removing the impediments to natural healing.
