I really enjoy Club Pilates Bothell-the studio is clean, welcoming, and well organized. The instructors, especially Helen (friends from neighboring studios come to attend her sessions too), are attentive and supportive, and always offer modifications based on individual health needs. My PT is impressed. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office manager, Bianca, has been extremely disappointing She was rude and raised her voice during a phone call (at 10:30am in the morning!!), and ultimately disconnected the call (slammed abruptly) despite my repeated requests to keep the conversation calm and requesting her to slow down. I am on an unlimited monthly plan S275/month approx.) and continued paying even while traveling in Nov/Dec 2025 due to my mother's passing. Despite classes often being only 60-80% full, I am charged a $15 fee for cancellation, even when canceled just minutes outside the 12-hour window due to work emergencies. In the first six days of February, I am charged $45 additional when the classes are already having vacant spots due to no signups. I attempted to discuss this respectfully, but the interaction was handled unprofessionally by Bianca. While I value the instructors and studio, the front desk experience seriously detracts from an otherwise positive environment. I plan to take this to the studio owner as I find Bianca's discriminatory behavior troubling. read more

I came to Club Pilates after a friend--who'd heard my long-standing saga about chronic knee and hip pain--suggested I try it out. My issues originally stemmed from a broken foot I never fully rehabbed with proper physical therapy. She thought Pilates might help strengthen all those small, neglected muscles. I'm an Orangetheory junkie, but I had to stop because I was in constant pain every night. I was doing some physical therapy, but it just wasn't enough. Committing to Pilates five times a week was what finally made the difference. After three consistent months, I'm back to my regular exercise routine--pain-free for the first time in about eight months. It honestly felt like magic. The instructors are so knowledgeable, it's almost like having physical therapists guide you through every class, targeting muscles I probably hadn't activated in years if ever. I only wish I'd found Club Pilates right after getting out of the boot. It could have saved me months of discomfort. Having done physical therapy first definitely gave me a good foundation, but I'd highly recommend starting with a few private lessons to make sure your form is solid and you're getting the most out of it. The unlimited group class membership is about $299/month, which is actually very affordable for Pilates. The classes are creative, engaging, and rarely the same twice. Now that I'm back at Orange Theory , I can feel how much stronger and more balanced I am. All those weak spots and bad movement patterns have noticeably improved. I'm so grateful. Also, classes at Club Pilates run almost every hour throughout the day, which is super convenient. Any little issues I may have had with teachers I'm able to disregard on account of finally having a body that doesn't hurt. And even the teachers I enjoyed the least still gave killer workouts. The main front desk person is so friendly, always bright eyed with a big smile. Su Rain, Emily, and Crystal are the girls in HS you want to include you, and they finally do, in your journey to a pain free body. (This is where I'd put a goofy tongue out emoji.) read more

I went to the free 30 minute intro class and I think it is great if you have 0 Pilates experience, not use to physical activity, recovering from an injury or are intimidated by the reformer. However, my experience is not that. Club Pilates follows the idea of Joseph Pilates and it was cool to learn a little bit about the history of that. I personally would not go to the intro class if you have done Pilates before especially lagree as the pace was quite slow. Overall, giving this a 3 stars because I was bombarded with sales call at 7:30pm. I understand you're trying to get new clients but constant text, emails and calls is unprofessional to me. I might drop in for an actual class as it is close to my work. Ambience was average the entry way is really awkward as there is not enough room when you're coming in for class and people are leaving class. read more

I started my pilates journey back in November 2023 at CP in Bothell and I couldn't be happier with my results. Not only are the instructors kind and knowledgeable, they give you options to either push yourself or take the class at your own pace. And they don't intimidate you if you are new. I always feel comfortable at every class regardless of how my day went and I always feel refreshed and ready to tackle the day after class. What's crazy is that if I miss a class I get sad - my body misses it - yah the instructors are that good! I've also noticed my body getting more toned and stronger - and my husband has noticed as well. Love the classes and instructors. BUT the wait list system is absolutely awful and getting worse. Spots fill up fast , and with a package you can only sign up for as many spots as you have that month . Up to 8 + people on waitlists now and I frequently can't get in to the classes on days I'm off work. Some weeks I can't get into ANY classes at all. Obviously too many members for available classes. I'll be leaving and joining a Pilates class farther away and costs more just to be able to get into classes read more

I absolutely love Club Pilates. I've been to there, Woodinville location and frequent the Bothell club. They have some really great instructors, some really great classes. I just can't say enough good things about them. I can tell you that I'm not a person who likes to go running or jogging, however as I've aged, I've noticed a loss of muscle and I know I needed to do something to regain my strength and keep my fitness levels up. This is the perfect combination for me. With that said there are people in this class who are in their 20s to people who are in their 70s men and women. It is open to everyone. read more

I've only been a couple times recently and am looking to make this location my home studio. I really enjoy Nessa's "cardio sculpt" class. You really just have to find the instructor you like and stick with it. There's definitely instructors I wouldn't go back to/ didn't enjoy as I like to get the most bang for my buck! For management: I think you need more assistance with Front desk/answering the phones. If one worker is caught up with a client....others have to wait a long while to get any assistance. Also, if I pay $40 a class, I would like to be able to get water if I forget mine. It is a workout studio after all it seems bare minimum. There's no cups at the water station which seems odd...... No need for water bottles but there should be something for clients. I was referred to the Starbucks across the street and it turned me off. Otherwise great front desk and find the right instructor for you! read more

I love this studio. Since I joined all of my neck and back pain from officework for more than 20 years is suddenly gone. In addition to watching my body becomes stronger and without pain, in the three months that I've been attending classes, I think one of the things I enjoy most is having the instructors tell you the precision of exactly what to do when, exactly the angle your body should be, and exactly the type of movement that you should be making. As a mom and someone who is a type A personality, I love being able to surrender and let someone else boss me around. It's sort of like adult "Simon Says". Culturally, it feels like the opposite of CrossFit. It is a quiet environment. You are not competing with anyone, the space is serene and comfortable with lots of light, wood and negative space. And while no workout has been the same, a WOD of sorts? there are rituals that bring a sense of familiarity. We may not be throwing around bars or grunting, but we are breathing heavily and performing intense movements to improve our health and mental well-being. (See the SNL skit) :-D. All of the instructors are incredible and gifted, My favorite is Crystal. With over 20 years of experience teaching Pilates, she has an eagle eye and is incredibly knowledgeable about Joseph Pilates and his philosophy. I learn something new in all of her classes and she takes the time to clearly explain with verbal precision, how to prevent injury and ensure maximum benefit/strength training. I had a class booked for 5pm and I raced through traffic for 45 minutes to make it in time. However, when I arrived I was rejected and told that the class was full. I asked how that could be possible since I had booked the class and have proof with a confirmation email sent from Club Pilates. Club Pilates is not an airline and I don't understand how it is possible that they can overbook. It would have been fine if they had said sorry or tried to reschedule but the whole experience has made me lose trust in the location. read more

I joined the studio prior to it opening in 2019. Paige, the manager, was (and still is) so sweet and helpful. She's easily available via phone, text or email and responds quickly. I love all of the teachers there. I feel like there's such a great variation in class styles, teach personalities, and vibe that there's something for everyone. It can take a few classes to really settle into a teachers style, so stick with it. The studio is cute and super clean and well kept, as is all the equipment. It can feel overwhelming your first few classes but once you're "in the know" it feel second nature. Memberships can be expensive, but if you're utilizing it correctly I strongly suggest the unlimited membership. I've seen a few people complain about difficulty booking, from personal experience this studio is so much easier, with more availability, than other studios. The app is a god send. I love it. Book via the app! You can get on waitlists for classes that are full, and you can edit your schedule and cancel classes via the app too. They also offer online classes via the app which I loved during Covid or when I just couldn't get into the studio. The classes are leveled so don't worry about being new to Pilates and learning..... or being well studied in your practice and feeling like the class isn't fast paced enough for you. Club Pilates Bothell has been awesome from day 1! I started going here during the pandemic in preparation for my wedding. They say it takes 30 Pilates classes to see results, and Club Pilates Bothell does not disappoint! I have been to countless Pilates studios in the Seattle and LA area over the years, and this studio definitely has it all- the warmth/friendliness, fun teachers, and great workouts. I was also able to continue classes all throughout my pregnancy- every teacher I had was mindful of modifications and ensuring I was exercising safely and correctly. I feel like I was able to recover well thanks to keeping up with Pilates! The teachers are great, and there's a wonderful mix of teaching styles to choose from. Unsure why there are so many negative reviews - it's one of the best studios I've been to in the area. I joined Club Pilates in July 2022 and it's been great. Group fitness is not for everyone but what I love is that these classes are smaller (12 spots) so your instructor does give you the time of day. With that said, finding an instructor you like is almost like dating. Kari, Emily and Nessa are amazing. As for pricing, I pay ~$250/month for unlimited classes. I go 5 times a week which is about ~$11.50 a class if I'm consistent. Is it worth it? That's based on personal preference. To me, absolutely! My knee and lower back pain is gone, I'm stronger, and a lot more flexible. I look forward to going almost every day because it helps my body reset and move :-) Booking wise, it can be 100% frustrating to not get the class you want. Luckily, if you plan ahead and book in advance (at least 2 weeks) you will be able to get the instructor you want. The waitlist also works even though it can get long. There are times when I'm 5+ on the waitlist and get in. If you can't go to class, you need to cancel 12 hrs before in order not the get charged $15. Early mornings and evenings after work are the busier classes. Overall, love this studio and the people working there. read more

So disappointing.. I really wanted to like this place. The instructor was not very clear hard to understand and I never felt like I got good enough of a workout. The worse part is the billing process... It's SO hard to get into classes so you HAVE to book out a MONTH in advanced which is very difficult to do especially if your schedule is not the same. You have to put yourself on waitlist.. and they will notify you at 11pm the night before your 9am class you got it.. so if you forgot that you are on a waistlist and made other plans.. you are screwed. They are NOT accommodating at all. All they think about is their own pocket. The manager Paige is very rude. I get it if someone repeatedly goes on waitlist and then cancels but I asked them once to put my class back cause it was a learning lesson for me.. and nope. They DO NOT accommodate you in anyway! Just a warning... and I agree with previous review, if you want to cancel your membership... you need a 30 day notice which means you have to go through another month of classes Even if you are unsatisfied. Ok great you can get another 30 day business out of your clients but is it worth pissing them off and NEVER coming back again?! Worse customer service ever. It just feels like all they care about is taking your money... Eeek doesn't sit well. Hope you change your policies. read more

I've been coming to this studio since they opened. I have the unlimited membership so I usually average 4 classes a week. Highly recommend if you want to improve your fitness level and mobility. The low impact classes has strengthened and improved my mobility in every way. Many different types of classes to chose from. The Instructors and staff are friendly and helpful. I like having the ability to plan my class calendar for the month with using the App. it's easy to add or change classes if needed. read more

The place looks clunky and old. It smells of sweat constantly, and the instructors I've seen have not been clear on form and it's completely impossible to follow. It's basically yoga with some slight resistance. Maybe I'm biased, I'm coming from LAGREE pilates but this just isn't it. They could make the spot feel better to work out in, it feels closed and dark in the room, they play music as if we're trying to meditate. I'm not trying to meditate. I'm trying to work out. Shame that these chain businesses just don't give a shit about the quality or ambiance of their place. read more

Be forewarned when signing up for unlimited membership at this location. Know the rules of cancellation. We moved from Bothell and my wife paused her membership during the month of June as she figured out if she was going to be able to continue to take classes from this facility or not. She called to cancel in June but was told by Paige the was a 30-day cancellation notice on her paper agreement that she never receive because she signed up online in studio. After a couple of exchanges with Paige, CP went ahead and charged our credit card $220 anyway! Nice way to treat an unlimited membership customer for over a year! It was explained that I had to give a 30 day notice, ok, that's reasonable. But on October 1, 2021, I was charged for a a full month. I was a member for almost a year at this location. Paige, the manager was unhelpful and unpleasant. When I decided to switch to another location, she didn't even ask me why I decided to do that. I wrote my feedback on google. I switched to Mill creek location where they were professional and very nice and helped me through the whole process, they also mentioned that I can upgrade my membership to passport all access that i can go to all locations so I did. I booked classes in Bothell location with couple of favorite instructors in that location and when I went there, Paige stepped into my face and refused to let me in because of my feedback on google and asked why am I coming back, I told her that I'm back for the instructors because I like their classes not for her and that when she started pointing fingers on my face and said if you don't want to deal with me, you're not taking the class and if I don't leave she'll call the cops. She called the cops and offended me in-front of everyone in the studio, the cops came and were surprised of her horrible behavior and pettiness and was obvious it's just a personal thing. She asked me not to attend any class that day and I can come back another day. After that, i got cancellation confirmation emails for my upcoming classes. Yes she got into my account and canceled my classes without any reason and my permission. On top of that, i knew today when I was filing a complaint that the owner supports her manager and her rude and offensive behavior without hearing my side of the story and decided to refuse service for me while when i signed the contract, there's nothing there telling me that it's up to the owner or the manger if they like you or not, to give you service or not. This is how they treat their customers. Terrible customer service! Don't ever think of joining this location. read more

HIIT classes were wrecking my joints so I was on the journey to find a workout that was gentle on my body while still working my heart and toning muscle -when I found Club Pilates I knew almost instantly that it was the perfect fit! Club Pilates offers a variety of levels and types of classes all throughout the day and I have found some amazing instructors. My favorites are Emily, Kari, Melissa, Ngoni - each one offering a different style and making sure to incorporate new exercises in every class so it never gets old or repetitive. The reformers used in each class allow you to choose your own tension which can make the exercises harder or easier depending on where you are at. Instructors always offer modifications for different body types, strengths and accommodate for injuries. I love that there are only 12 people in a class, so you can easily get help or guidance from the instructor when needed. The front desk staff is so friendly and always greets me with a smile and name. I feel at home here and am so happy to have found Club Pilates Bothell - Emily and crew are doing an amazing job running this studio! read more

I have been going to this club for about 6 months and I am head over heals for it! I am a solitary instructor kinda girl, so I make sure to book a class with Kari as often as I can. I am now 8 months pregnant and she has been a shining light in helping keep me fit through this time. she is supportive, patient, and very informative. The GM, Paige is also a gem! She always works with me and make me feel welcome every-time I come in. She is always in a positive mood, which I think sets the tone for the club. Generally people only write reviews when they are irritated so felt I should give a review to this awesome place. I literally signed up for this place before they even opened and still under construction - and Paige was incredible. Then Covid hit - having an immune compromised child for almost a year and half couldn't go - and again Paige was extremely accommodating. Each month she would check in to see if I was able to and each time I declined she ALWAYS responded no worries/no charge - I never felt any pressure. Once I could go back its been a year of amazing teachers etc. Being an athlete my whole life I have never seen a transformation like Pilates - It has been a life changer for me. I could go on and on and on. The instructors have always been about safety first, cancellation policy is pretty upfront and center being 30 days, and special shout out to Kari who has an incredible knack for creating an environment which includes concentration and centering. She treats that hour as a space for you to take seriously why you are there and to focus on you. She is incredible. Full transparency - yes the class wait list can be difficult but I do feel like they know that and always being proactive and taking measures to combat and correct it the best they can. I hate writing a good review because it is hard to get into classes LOL BUT its also not my place to gatekeep great places and its a wonderful place. read more

Club Pilates in Bothell has been what I have been looking for in a workout routine!! I took a free Introductory class and I was hooked! I needed to improve my balance, core (to protect my back) and leg and arm strength. These classes do all that and more! The facility follows strict rules to comply with keeping everyone safe. The cleaning between classes and the checkin process is amazing. The teachers are knowledgable and pay attention to any injuries or concerns you may have. A special shout out to Jen! I signed up about a year ago (give and take COVID closures) I Love all the instructors but I tend to always sign up for Jens. She knows what you need and pays close attention. She will take a spring off if it's too heavy, corrects your posture and positions. She is so focused on everyone whether you're a new person, have any injuries, etc. She truly cares! And has a great sense of humor. read more
