Second, The Kickstarter is a series of five small 1:1 sessions to assess your fitness and allow you to quickly become a butt kicking class member. This is done by testing strength, flexibility, and endurance. Last is the level program that allows everyone to do the same workout while having modifications built in based on the assessments mentioned above. This has the added benefit of the trainers being able to meet you where you are. I showed up because of word of mouth and would love to pay that forward. It is worth coming in and see for yourself. Ask lots of questions and see if you are not impressed by the team!

If I had three wishes, I'd ask for more classes (or better class time), more machines (or duplicates of the most used ones), and kidcare hours on Friday and the weekends - but you can't have everything, right?

The weights and the machines haven't changed for 15 years! The basketball courts went from three to two! Don't let get started on the pool! I was told two Olympic sized pools and come to find out that the indoor pool was ten feet shorter than Olympic size and they have for the outdoor pool one third of the size as the one indoors and a kids pool! That's it ! Everything is confusing when you walk in! And plus they charged me $100 plus $40 just to sign up! Forget that! There's ATC right down the street that I can $25 for and go to all 20 of them! It's just not worth it to me ! There's only one Germantown athletic club and fifty other clubs that have more than one! I will not be coming back to this one !

Christopher has an awesome kickboxing class. I'd like to see it more than once per week, that is disappointing. There is another kickboxing class but it's more like circuit/step and it's ok, but nothing like the Saturday class. I primarily attend classes. I would come more if they had additional classes. There are not enough of each type. The classes, like Zumba and yoga, are not very well attended but I think that it's due to the times, about half during work hours. This location has many more than at the Germantown location. For the most part I see the gyms are clean but not always. I haven't seen it as bad as the other comments state but it is acceptable to me. Finally, I'd like to see a comment or suggestion option other than Yelp. You have an app. Why not incorporate that into the app, add a button with a text field behind it. That way we know there is a better chance of it being reviewed.

You try and use the bathroom but two of the stalls are broken and the door to one of them is broken as well and then haven't bothered to fix it for months. The bathrooms might be the dirtiest thing I've ever seen. Literally bugs all over the showers. Half the treadmills don't work or barely do. And people get things stolen here every other week. The only redeeming quality this gym has is the sauna. And it's still the nastiest sauna I've ever been in but it gets hotter than any other one in the area. Honestly the only reason I stayed as long as I did.

You could feel the difference the moment she walked in the building. The energy, the positivity, the way she spoke to people, and how she actually cared about members made this place feel like home. She didn't treat people like just another membership number. She remembered faces, checked on people, motivated us, and made everyone feel comfortable no matter their fitness level. Even when the gym was busy or stressful, she handled everything with professionalism and grace. Since she stepped away from the AGM position, it honestly hasn't felt the same. You don't realize how much someone truly holds a place together until they're gone, even though she's still there just less and not the manager. The atmosphere, customer service, organization, and overall vibe changed noticeably. No disrespect to anyone else, but some people can work a position... Mrs. Kiva WAS the position. Crunch really had a gem in her. She set the standard, and a lot of us members still talk about how much we miss her energy and leadership. She made people want to come to the gym, and that's something you can't train someone to do. Even though she's still there, it's not the same and I noticed that in the few days I was back home to visit. I wish they could have worked with a GEM like her. She set the standard and the tone!

On-site dynamic stretch therapists with beds by cryo/heat therapy bed, hydro massager both glorious after workout (15 min changeovers, sharing=caring), decent # weights, Olympic weights and machines but could easily get crowded at peak times. LOCKER RMS Individual Steam and Sauna rooms attached to locker rooms supplied with towels, lotion, razors, cotton buds and balls and a well lit vanity station in each set of locker stalls. CAFE and SPA!! All-in-One relaxation with On-site Spa services, and cafe offers more than just customized hot/cold sips but eats too and BILaw loves their sandwiches, ham in particular though we didn't have time to attest to that haha. The sauna is now closed and I went to an employee, Sam, and began expressing my concerns to the constant issues with the sauna. End of it Sam argued, didn't care and said it is my choice to be a member and I could find somewhere else. Sam doesn't understand I do my chemo treatment Monday afternoon and my routine includes coming to the gym for mind body and spirt before the infusion center. This is not about a sauna thing this is about a routine I've been doing for a year and some employee with zero care. Sam didn't know and doesn't care because Sam is all about Sam. Anyway end of the day Sam is right. I can choose any gym and just start a new Monday routine there. Please don't hire anymore like Sam. I just spoke to the manager who took time to hear me.
