5 Stars - Outstanding Customer Service at Planet Fitness Fullerton I had such a great experience at the Planet Fitness Fullerton location thanks to Jeremy! Within seconds of walking in, Jeremy greeted me and immediately made me feel welcomed. That first impression really sets the tone when you're coming in to work out and he absolutely nailed it. I had some questions about the massage chairs and how they worked. Jeremy kindly walked me through the entire process and personally set me up with one of the chairs. After the massage, I started my workout and noticed how clean and well-maintained the gym was. Honestly, every Planet Fitness location I've visited has been clean and this one was no different. After finishing my workout, I went back to the front desk to ask about the HydroMassage. Once again, Jeremy greeted me right away, explained everything clearly and got me set up without hesitation. Overall, 10/10 experience today. Great customer service, clean facility, and I left the gym in a genuinely great mood. Huge shoutout to Jeremy for making the visit that much better! read more

This gym used to be amazing. It all started to go downhill when they reduced their hours a few years ago. Part of their sales pitch is being "24 hrs," yet they close at 7 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, which are days that most people have off. That doesn't seem logical to me. Then they decided to allow teens to join for free over the summers, creating a chaotic high school-like atmosphere. I'm all for accessibility and promoting fitness, but it felt like paying customers were given the short end of the stick. Lastly, the cleanliness of the gym has gone down significantly. There's really nothing keeping me at this gym anymore. If management reads this: I hope you consider going back to the original hours or at least staying open later on the weekends. Buena Park still is and they have a ton of business. I promise you, I'm not the only one disappointed by the hours. I will say, the staff at this gym are welcoming and kind. Today around 4pm on Tuesday May 5th, I was working out at the planet fitness in Fullerton CA with my girlfriend when approached by staff member Gabriel. He singled me out and made my partner and I uncomfortable by telling us our draw string bag wasn't allowed on the gym floor. I realized it is club policy, but what I don't appreciate is how he came with an aggressive demeanor and how he didn't uphold the rule across the board with the other fellow members working out beside me. During this dispute he threatened to kick me out of the gym because I pointed out the unfairness of him choosing to implement the rule only upon me, making it an uncomfortable visit for me by the way he created a hostile environment for my partner and I. I would love a follow up and appreciate if he had an attitude change because the way he treats people is unfair. He doesn't represent the company well with how he carries himself or how treats people with inequality. read more

Havent been here in awhile but we had a water heater piping issue suddenly occur which led to no water at our house until the next morning. Needing a shower at midnight, what a surprise to see that PF is back to being open 24 hrs (except for weekends)! Check in was fine. Showers weren't spectacular but they got the job done. read more

Sandra is really nice never had an employee from other planet fitnesses greet people and say goodbyes like her. Other staff are nice too aswell. My girlfriend cancelled our Planet Shitness membership today because this place is straight up cheeks. The employees are pretty anal about following the rules and will enforce the stupidest ones (like guests not being able to use the red light room or bringing a bag with you). I guess it's not surprising that they go on power trips because it's likely the most power they'll hold in their lives. Not to mention, the members here park like shit, so have fun trying to park. The last 2 days were record breakers. I've been to all but 5 or 10 in the Southland. 1st time I've seen bathroom & shower area Immaculate 2 days in a row. It was like going back in time. Everything up until y2k was like this normally. Including motel 6. Believe it! Over the last month i went in 3 separate Planet Fitness locations and fixed the shower head myself. If I was so lucky to even see one at the end of the most worn out, way past its lifespan, totally time to replace, spraying three directions, falling off a broken mount & subsequently smashing down on my my toes..This clean, pristine locker room surprise, could be the result of my timing. I don't want to give away a well kept secret, but this is a clean gym with friendly staff that takes pride in their workplace. People are chill and mind their own business. Equipment has been upgraded and replaced and is nice and reliable with individual tv's for cardio machines and your own choice of channel. Yes, the parking lot is sketchy and spaces are small. Use caution and be wise to your surroundings. The gym itself is a great one. Again hate to give up a well kept secret and make this place crowded, lol. They have spray bottles and paper towels so you can clean your machine before and after using it. Feels very safe. read more

It is a really big Planet Fitness compared to Orange! It was spacious and had everything that you need to get a quality workout. There were plenty of smith machines and so many cable machines! The Black Card Spa was well taken care of and looked very clean. Highly recommend anyone in the Fullerton era that needs a simple gym pass to go here for their fitness goals! read more

Great gym, Workers are very nice and helpful. My main complaint is about a specific person , Tall, dark, often wears a camo hat, he workouts there almost everyday and when he dose he hits on a lot of women and makes them uncomfortable. he has done it to me and two of my other friends and constantly comes up to us in the middle of our workouts to flirt with us and we don't like it. we've told him multiple times to stop and he keeps doing it. we've all seen him do it to other women as well, and all them seem disturbed. one women kept backing up from him and he kept getting closer to her and she told him to stop. A real creep watch out for him, i hope planet fitness dose something about this guy because me and my friends and others just want to workout in peace. read more

Very dirty. Toilets aren't flushed. Blood on the bathroom seat tissue. Found a tooth on the bathroom floor. Employees are always talking to friends and not prioritizing members. No one really wipes machines down. It also feels very hot even though the air conditioning is on. Parking is horrendous. I've seen many people hit other cars in the parking lot with their doors. I would stay away from this particular location. read more

Fantastic Planet Fitness with way more equipment than I would've ever expected a Planet Fitness to ever have. Out of the various PFs I've been to this one seems to be the most updated of them. The addition of deadlifting areas is a dream! So far, this is the first PF I've seen to actually implement the new equipment so that easily makes it the best one to go to in my opinion. I hope other PFs follow in this ones footsteps and add more equipment. If that happens, I can't really justify getting a gym membership at any other gym. Clean gym, friendly staff. Parking is a little tight and can be tough during peak times. Machines aren't always properly functioning, some out of order and some tvs don't work. Black card is total worth the cost. You get to use the massage chairs, hydro massage, tanning, and lounge area. You can also bring a friend every time with you. read more

I really like this planet fitness location. The lobby is spacious and welcoming. There are lots of elliptical and treadmills which is nice. The women's restroom has tons of lockers and the bathroom is always clean. However, this location is super busy so if you were hoping to use the weights be prepared to wait. ALSO, the parking lot is TINY. Most times I have to park at the grocery outlet and walk over. But, all in all a solid PF location. read more

This is my home pf and man I love it compared to others .. it's clean and the times I go it's not super packed even during peak hours . The employees are nice . Now that the annoyance of Covid is behind us (hopefully for good), Planet Fitness is a lot more tolerable. Sorry, but wearing masks while working out is dangerous, so I hardly came in during the pandemic. It really wasn't worth the trek to Fullerton for such a short work out due to restricted oxygen caused by the masks. Anyway, now that all that is behind us, it really is a good gym and the black card is worth it just for the extras. The black card gets you and a guest into the gym, use of the stand up tanning booths, use of the hydro massage beds and access to any Planet Fitness. The black card is $22 a month plus $43 dollars a year. Totally worth it in my opinion. Some Yelpers have had issues with the staff but I think they are very nice. I had one issue with an employee during Covid but that's it. I have been a member of Planet Fitness since January 2018. read more

Well this place just opened. And the people are transferring from the Anaheim on over here. You will first motive how new it is. Lots of treadmills and olipticals. And they all have their own tv. So you don't have to watch what is in front of you. You can change the channel. Nice. The biggest difference you will notice is the locker rooms. No more being afraid of showering in the Anaheim one. That was old and finally had to be retired. This one is nice. All new lockers and showers are clean. Yes clean. The manager of this PF and from the Tustin PF. Customer service was good but there is much to be desired compared to many other locations. Most of the machines are held together with hopes and prayers and very outdated. The floor had an ok selection, but what truly did it for me was the showers. The shower heads resemble the device you use to wash sand off yourself at the beach, and most of the showers smelled of feces. There are much better locations nearby! read more

She is not friendly, not helpful, doesn't acknowledge you, she doesn't value your time, she is not patient & this is what I got from just 5 minutes of speaking with her. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but reading other reviews this is just the way she is. She lacks important customer service skills which is important for a location to be successful. You can help uplift someone and leave a great impression of the company just by being kind and helpful. Basic customer service & its obvious she does not care. For a gym it isn't the greatest, but for a planet fitness they are great! I've been to many different gyms that have a smoothie bar and have 2 floors with classes going on. But they're like $300 a month. But planet fitness is definitely a "get what you pay for" type of gym. This gym in particular is pretty nice, clean, and has an overall modern look which I like. Most of the times the machines are working but other reviewers are right it can get way to busy sometimes with teenagers. If you go in the morning it's not so bad it's mostly college kids but if you go mid day it's just people who won't move off of the machine. For $10/$25 a month they aren't the worst gym I've been to. read more

I came in one afternoon during the work week. At the front there was this young guy who was assisting me. He was eating a bag of turbos and licking his fingers as we were taking. I like going to this gym, it has available machines and most of the time all are working. The bathrooms are clean, and there friendly environment. 4 out of 5 stars were given because the towel and toilet paper dispensers are empty most of the time :( My conclusion is that all toilet paper and towels are being used in order to keep the club as clean and tidy as it is. read more
