Ya girl legs feel like putty but I feel so amazing at the same time. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with great energy, music and smiles. Check-in was super simple and I was so happy to see my name on my locker! What a kind thing to do. They have special cycle shoes for the bikes but it's pretty easy to get the hang of them. Since it was my 1st time cycling, I was given a thorough walkthrough and hop on for class. The instructor was amazing. Since I was a beginner, I didn't have the full moves to do everything but now I'm motivated to keep going so I can improve. Never sweated so much in life while having fun! Take a class!

It was my first time in the studio and nobody acknowledged me until I said something. After that, my bike didn't work. The monitor wouldn't turn on and when we had songs out of the saddle, the bike made a click sound each time, which made me nervous to stand. Turns out, several of their bikes are broken. Why can't they mark them out of order so riders don't end up picking them? As much as I'd want to come back for another ride at this location, I don't want to play the guessing game of whether or not my bike will be functioning. That experience alone was extremely disappointing. Plus several people left in the middle of the class because of this situation.

Tara is upbeat, friendly, and great at pushing - somehow I don't hate her while she's making me do another 30 seconds of squats. They have options for your budget- I'm currently doing one on one 2x a week but I know that there are group sessions that reduce the cost. They put the prices on their website (love that transparency!) - $70 for individual, $40 for group. It's also nice that they bill you electronically monthly. Easy to deal with. So far I am pretty emotionally pumped- hopefully I will be physically soon too :)

There are 8 and 10 am "rush hours" on weekends, and a 6 am, 9 am and 5:30 pm "rush hour" on weekdays. The staff is friendly and the machines are cleaned frequently. I haven't taken classes but they offer a diverse collection. They should have a location on yelp for the harbor town location if possible.

My fitness is definitely moving forward and I wouldn't look for another place. I been a member for a little over a year. This place keeps getting better and better.
