Owner and sidekick are unfriendly and unprofessional ( especially when confronted with issues/suggestions). There is zero culture for picking up after oneself (including trainers). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The gym itself has a very old school feel. There are a lot of free weight machines with some unique exercises that you don't see often. It is small but the gym is a great place to work out. It is no frills, no gimmicks but has everything you need to get a great workout in. If you are in town and are a serious lifter, I highly recommend this one.
