My husband cancelled it and then a few months after they continued to charge, we were told he needed to email to cancel. After we completed that we were still charged for 3 months and were only told after being charged that they require a 90 days notice. Horrible customer service and no defends so basically paid for since November even though he no longer lived in Tucson. I wouldn't ever sign up with this gym again.

Wow, I went to an orientation for their 6 week challenge and found out that you have to put $497…read moredown in order to "have your skin in the game". They sell it as this is a last resort for you to lose weight. You can easily join any gym who has strength training classes and get the same results. I did it before I moved here last year and I lost 42 lb and was on a low carb. This gym just babysits you basically to get results and and hold your feet to the fire or if not, if you can't commit to their timely challenge, then you'll lose your $500. It only be worth it if you can really do it, meaning that you have no other obligations that will interfere with going there 5 times a week. So if you need childcare forget it. Don't do it because they don't have it. Honestly this is an overpriced gym. This gym doesn't have to buy workout machines so there's no maintenance on that equipment or the manpower and extra supplies to wipe down all that machinery so I don't know why there Elite memberships are so damn expensive. It's ridiculous. On top of that during their membership drives they blocked a lot of people from commenting about the way they do things, to include the fact about the up front $497. What kind of company blocks other people from reviewing their company. If you're really THAT good, then you would STAND by your name and fight for your gym. I need to stipulate that I only took the two class introductory deal, so I'm no seasoned client, but those two were enough for me to know that if I ever moved to Tucson, this would be my gym. I'm a lifelong regular gym rat with a hankering for group conditioning classes, and this place done knocked me silly. Front door staff was friendly and welcoming, and more importantly, the coach was outstanding when it came to keeping a keen eye on my form and correcting when necessary. The smallish space was equipped with bikes, ski machines, balls, bells and all the whistles that were needed to send me home an absolute mess. Just a note, they weren't big on stretching, so plan on doing that on your own. I haven't penned a review in quite some time, mainly because I'm rarely wowed. This review is longgg overdue…read more I'm a snowbird in Tucson. And having trained with an excellent trainer in Seattle, I wanted to do something more challenging and *different*. Thanks to the great Yelp reviews I found Patricia. Patricia was offering the 12 week transformation, where you go from flab to fab, but that's not what interested me. It was her personal gym which is filled to the brim with excellent equipment for every body part (and some body parts you never knew existed - OUCH! ;) Patricia also had accompanying meal plans and supplements. Since I started with the supplements and meal plans, I've not had the excrutiating post-workout muscle pain that prevents me from getting off the floor after 12 hip thrusters (the pain is *real*, ladies!) Drinking a gallon of water a day also really helps. Thanks to Patricia's, egg whites, Isopure Whey Protein, supplements and are part of my forever meal plan, as boring as they sound. I've changed the macros of my diet, though if I really want to do the total body transformation like some of the awesome ladies whose pictures are posted on the "wall of fame" I have to reduce my fat intake to a level where I feel that life isn't worth living anymore. Like all programs, Patricia's transformation is what we make of it. In the meantime, I've stayed the same weight as when I started the program, but just the other day I deadlifted 150lbs! (Though with a hex bar.) At Lowe's, I loaded my cart with about 200lbs worth of edging stone, while another guy gaped at me. Yes, and that's the other thing - Patricia's gym is mainly female-centric, so that we ladies can feel safe and empowered to reach our utmost abilty. I really enjoyed my time training with Patricia and appreciated how accessible she was, even outside of our training sessions. And I'm looking forward to going back to Tucson and starting back up with her again.
