There's always room for improvement. The staff here is great! Maria is so positive, great smile, always makes me feel welcomed, very helpful, I've had lots of great conversations with her. Places is rarely busy, but then again I go early to mid afternoon. I used to got after 4pm when I first started coming here, and that was a mistake because it was always busy. The owner and staff have gone to great lengths to move the majority of equipment outside so they can continue to operate and give their members a place to train, plus outdoor lighting so they can stay open during the dark hours. That's a hell of a lot more than my regular gym does which is still completely closed. I drive here 40 minutes each way so I can continue to train. As I drove by, I used to say to myself "I am glad I am not going in there to work out and get fit". It looked difficult, intense, and intimidating. Now I say to myself "I am glad I am not going to that brewery to get drunk". I was initially very scared to join Watsonville Crossfit. I had a lot of uncertainty and anxiety about what I was doing here. The coaches and athletes quickly made me feel welcome and at home. There is a huge sense of community here. I am learning all the workouts and feel very comfortable. All the coaches are extremely helpful and give me detailed attention to help me program the exercises and work through my limitations. They offer unlimited support and genuinely want each athlete to be successful. This is my 2nd month. Every week I see rapid improvement. Yesterday I did my first double under (jump rope twice with each jump). I have lost weight and I love how I feel and look. I feel a huge sense of accomplishment. No manners at all this person was rude and mean talking to my husband in front of our child like that just made my child so upset and didn't wanna go inside the class anymore! That person doesn't deserve to be near children with that vocabulary and horrible manners! Don't recommend this place while she is around.
