My favorite part is the affirmation cards she passes out at the end of class, such a thoughtful touch that always leaves me feeling inspired. You must have a click to cancel option and you do not. When you click to cancel you get this little note saying that you must come in person or do it in writing. I will include a screen shot. BESIDES the fact that I have done that TWICE already and I am still getting charged. This has been going on for several MONTHS. Not only have I cancelled, but I have also been promised a refund for all of the months that they kept charging me AFTER cancellation and received NOTHING in additiopn to getting charged more. They have competition squat/bench/deadlift equipment that is not easily accessible elsewhere. Most importantly, the gym is run by fantastic owners. Members that come through here are extremely supportive. For 10 dollars a visit, this is by far the best place to train for powerlifting. If I lived closer, I'd be a permanent member for sure.

I've spoken to them about it repeatedly, and all I get is ignorance and lame excuses. Today was the worst, though. After the hot water turned ice cold after 30 seconds, I toweled off and got dressed, and stopped at the front desk. There I got to deal with "Jhonny," who focused on his cellphone, ignored me while I tried to talk to him, then TURNED AND WALKED AWAY, without once acknowledging my presence. What. The. Hell?
