I had recently had my AC cleaned by another company and then when they left it stopped working. I suspected foul play, so I called CB AIR. Christian identified the problem on the system that was previously cleaned and he found two wires not connected. The two wires that needed to be connected to run the AC. I thought it was odd that after the other company charged me $1850 to clean the fan and coils, his parting words were "don't expect this cleaning to make your system cool your house." My system is old he wanted to sell he an entire new system! Thank you, Christian and CB Air for honest, competent work! I will use you now and refer you as often as I can! My house is already 5 degrees cooler!

In sharp contrast, CB air-conditioning and heating are true experts when it comes to Trane. They fixed my problem, it's now working like new and they did it for 1/10 of what the other company was quoting me. I paid about 400 whereas the other company was quoting me 4000 and based on what the other company was recommending, I'm pretty sure it would not have been fixed the issue as I don't think their technician had the knowledge or experience to deal with what was going on here. My only regret is that I did not call CB air-conditioning and heating first.. they are the best!

The house is 30 years old and has been ours for 15; we had no idea the original old stapled-on soffit vents were so occluded and probably ineffective. John and James thoroughly explained the process to us and provided extra insulation to a troublesome corner room that's always too hot in summer and too cold in winter. They also power-washed the wooden eaves, repaired areas on trim that squirrels had chewed, and re-painted the non-brick surfaces and garage, also cleanly and efficiently. The outside temperature during the 3 days was 104 and the attic considerably hotter, but the guys soldiered on. Impressive company from start to finish!

Since my unit was 18 years old and had needed more service recently, I decided to replace it. Their team came out the next day and, even though I wasn't home, replaced the entire unit with an Amana variable-speed inverter AC unit and compatible heater in one long day. I highly recommend this family owned business. While trying to sell my home, foundation inspections…read morerevealed a previous homeowners repair company had raised one side of the house too high(dont use E&B Foundation Repair) and the opposite side of the house had sunk. With the option date coming to a close, Brandon came out and gave us a quote for piers on the low side of the house. The quote was well under what the buyers company had given. That said company had recommended 6 piers vs his 3, and they also had them in all the wrong places(dont use Elite Foundation Repairs). The differing reports instigated having a structural engineer to come out and write up his own findings. The structural engineer came back with piers being needed in the locations where Brandon had suggested. Fast forward a bit and the plumbing failed hydrostatic testing. Urgent repair undercut the plumbing company's quote to tunnel under the house(A&M Plumbing is awesome though). At this point, Brandon became ill and his foreman Gabriel stepped in and became the main contact. Thats right. I said it. Brandon, part of the family that OWNS the company, was my main contact the entire time. When Gabriel stepped in, he was on top of whatever i needed. The plumbing company came back and said the needed the hole dug larger. Gabriel came out on his own, and dug the hole out larger on a Saturday! These guys are kings among kings and made a very irritating home sale less so.
