Called James Kate, and they not only repaired my entire chimney, but also pointed out five leaks...two by the builder, and three more by previous re-roofs by different companies due to incorrectly installed flashing. Earlier this year, I noticed a ceiling discoloration in the front living area. Again, due to incorrectly installed flashing. They not only repaired everything, but also put in thermal barrier under the shingles. Hopefully won't need a roof replacement soon, but will call James Kate if that occurs.

Although this manufacturing defect was in no way caused by Storm Master, the staff at Storm Master went above and beyond in assisting me in filing a claim against the reluctant shingle manufacturer. They were willing to stand behind the product which they sold and installed even when the company which made the shingles did not.
