I took my 2 babies here for the first time yesterday. Was greeted when I came in holding my 6 lb Maltese and 12 lb Maltese mix. There were at least 6 groomers behind the counter grooming dogs! It was a very calm atmosphere and all dogs looked relaxed. The receptionist had a smile on her face and helped me right away. The groomer for Rosy came to the counter and I discussed what I wanted for her and he took her to bathe her. Then Sashas groomer came up and we talked about my little senior. Off she went and I left. 1 hour later they called me to say they were ready! I couldn't believe how fast they were! They sent me a text with a report card for each before I got there! They looked so great! Usually when I drop them off for grooming anywhere else they are put in a kennel and 4 hours later they are ready. All of the staff there is very friendly & professional when grooming pets of all breeds, I'm very pleased & impressed with their work and their patience, My boy Max can be very challenging during grooming and nail trimming But they still manage to complete a great quality cut for my boy. My fury baby was so happy! I loved taking my little Frankie to planet spa! he was so exited to get groomed. I've taken him to other places and he has never shown to be happy and comfortable staying at the groomers. The staff was a delight and a pleasure to talk to. My Frankie had a full grooming with a blue berry facial which made him fell like a brand new beautiful and spoiled puppy, and smell absolutely delicious. I was very pleased with Planet Pet Spa. I walked in to get my dog's nails trimmed and filed. I walked in at a good time and they were able to bathe my dog also. The staff was very friendly and cordial. I liked how they notify the owner by text when your pet is ready and let you know how your pet did along with a little summary. I absolutely LOVE the grooming my boys received today. I've done my own grooming for many years but foot surgery sidelined me. To say the least, I'm critical of their grooming. I use to take to my dog to a very well known grooming servicer downtown. About a year ago, I decided to give this place a try since we couldn't get in to our normal groomer. We have been coming here ever since. My dog loves it. They are very gentle and patient with my very anxious Morkie. My dog looks great every time! We will always be returning customers. read more

I took both of my babies, Bella and King to get groomed today and Naz was their groomer and she did a FANTASTIC job on both of them. Their ears were so clean, nails clipped and filed, etc... when I say she did a fantastic job I mean I was so impressed with the way she cleaned them up. The staff was so friendly and it was so great to get my pup seen without waiting 3 weeks. Good pricing and i also saw some little dogs walking around while my dog was getting groomed, most probably so they dont feel sad in the cages.
