We had a fabulous time. Eliot is such a nice guy and went out of his way to help my son. At the last minute, some help my son had hired to assist during the wedding reception the following night quit unexpectedly! We had no idea why but it was too late to find anyone else. I gave an additional star because the folks from the adventure park crushing PBR's in the back were an absolute gem (no joke), and were really sweet with my kids. I get it, you work in a tourist town and it is super vogue to act like you hate tourists and couldn't be bothered. But need I remind you, friend, you moved here 2 years ago from the front range, So miss me with the townie tribalism. The caramelized carrots and the charred outside of the tenderloin combined to form an off putting aftertaste. Once past the charred outer layer, the tenderloin was amazing. My wife ordered the fish and chips and those were great as well. The desert was very tasty and decadent. While I do not fault the staff for this, the service was slow, friendly, but slow. It was obvious they were understaffed. An OK experience all around with the meatloaf doing most of the heavy lifting tonight.

There's an excellent beer selection with all different types which we had to take advantage of. I had the Eldo IPA, which was delicious and my husband had the study buddy, which is a coffee porter, and was also really good. The beer battered fries with a curry brat redeemed the moment. The fries are crisp on the outside with creamy centers. The curry brat is sliced and mixed throughout. Excellent. We ordered the Orzo Bowl off the main menu which is a delectable mix of veg, berries, nuts and cheese then finished with the warm brownie sundae. Bruhaus offers a great selection of taps and handcrafted cocktails. We had the Espresso Martini and the Topsy and could not have been more pleased.
