Cindy captured my vision BEYOND my expectations. We corresponded via email, with numerous changes up until the last few days; due to having to change my ceremony venue due to rain. This was upsetting to me, however she transformed the new venue to a breathtaking palace of flowers, starfish accents and tulle. Her arrangements were breathtaking and vibrant in color!!!! Although I had a winter wedding, my colors were reminiscent of the sea - coral, teal, ivory. These bouquets were AMAZING and I recommend you use this color combo for your wedding :) The night before, I had two last minute issues ............ which will happen ladies, so be prepared for things to go wrong!!!! I explained to her my needs with the expectation of payment for the last minute add-ons. HOWEVER, Cindy stated she could use the minimal amount of excess flowers to make what I needed. Which, came out as if they were part of my plan all along and no one knew the difference!! Cindy is very reasonably priced, compared to the other florists in the area. I absolutely love flowers and I knew from the time that I got engaged exactly what I wanted. My wedding day came to life with all the flowers that we discussed with and ordered from CCC. Cindy took my emails and phone calls (from Ireland) and made my vision come to life. It waa challenging planning from overseas but she met that challenge with pleasant surprises. My favorites were the bridal bouquet (essential) and the gazebo flowers. I got married almost a year ago in October 2010 and I intended to write this review months ago...hopefully better late than never. Almost a year has passed since my wedding and I still think about how much I enjoyed the flowers! I ABSOLUTELY loved my wedding flowers and every detail that Cindy helped with. The day of my wedding I received numerous compliments about the flowers! - During the planning process Cindy was very helpful and easy to work with. She has a great website with lots of options to assist you with ideas. She is very responsive. She is very attentive to what I wanted and listened to my preferences. - I was planning a destination wedding and Cindy agreed to set up the sand ceremony for me...this had nothing to do with flowers! She let me ship the vases and sand to her and set it up for me at the ceremony....ABOVE and BEYOND!! It was a MAJOR help to me and I greatly appreciated it! - She designed flowers for my gazebo and then once the outdoor part of the wedding was over, she moved the outdoor flowers indoors. She actually stayed through my wedding ceremony and photos, after I was done outdoors and then moved the flowers. I was AMAZED! - I was a little nervous about my bouquet because I could not find an exact picture of what I had in mind. I did my best to describe it to Cindy and showed her similar pictures. Our wedding took place in Monterey on Saturday, May 5th at the San Carlos Cathedral and we held our reception at the Ferrante's Bay View Room at The Marriott. We used Cynthia Fones of CC Creations & Floral Design Flowers for our flowers and decorations. Cynthia did a wonderful job with the decorations and the flowers were absolutely stunning! Cynthia is very professional and easy to work with. She really takes the time to listen to you and offers excellent advice. We had a brief idea on what we wanted for flowers and decorations, but she took our ideas and showed us a bunch of examples and ideas that she could use to expand on our ideas and put her creative touch on them. Cynthia found and used the freshest flowers available and gave us a wonderful mixture of the most stunning flowers we have ever seen in our lives! Our guests were commenting throughout the day on the freshness and the vibrant colors along with the creative designs of all the various decorations. Our wedding colors were pink, peach and white. She took these colors and incorporated them beautifully into all the bouquets, the various floral arrangements for both the reception and the church. Cynthia used pale pink roses, white/pink lisianthus, pink cymbidium orchid blossoms, and white stephanotis blossoms with pink and peach pearl and crystal sprays in my bouquet. The bridesmaid's bouquets were pale pink and peach roses with white/pink edge lisianthus. The boutonnieres for the groomsmen were roses and peach dendrobium orchid blossoms and corsages were made with pink cymbidium orchids and dendrobium orchid blossoms. Everyone in the bridal party looked absolutely stunning. I could not have asked for a more beautiful bouquet! We were absolutely floored by the beautiful colors and how fresh the flowers and the centerpieces looked. For the floral centerpieces, Cynthia used peach garden roses; ivory and pale pink roses, pink cymbidium orchids, pink lisianthus, peach dendrobium orchids, pink hydrangea and silver dusty miller. She also had floating votive candles placed all around the tables. I have posted some pictures of the bouquets and the centerpieces so you can see for yourself just how absolutely stunning everything looked! We are both so pleased with the work of Cynthia Fones. She was very professional and efficient. She knew exactly what we had in mind and she took care of everything so we didn't have to stress about it. Cindy was AMAZING. The tiny photos on her website don't give her beautiful work justice. When she arrived at my Holman Ranch wedding with the gorgeous sandalwood centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages, I was blown away. I found out after the wedding that my brothers may have accidentally taken some of the groomsmen boutonnieres, but Cindy was able to pull a few flowers and succulents from the centerpieces and make new ones on the spot. I was initially going to do the flowers for both my ceremony and reception myself to save money. But, at the last minute (literally a couple of weeks before the wedding), I decided it was too stressful to do the ceremony flowers. I'd never made a wedding bouquet or boutonniere in my life and decided my big day wasn't the time to try making either for the first time. Fortunately, Cindy came through. She not only created beautiful bouquets that perfectly matched my color scheme, but she was able to get peonies--which really "made" the bouquet--in December. She even incorporated a locket with photos of my late grandparents in the stem of the bouquet at my request. And, when a family member who was initially supposed to get the flower petals for the aisle bailed at the last minute, Cindy pulled through again with only 72 hours before the wedding. None of the online suppliers could deliver petals so close to the wedding date but Cindy got us several large bags of white flower petals at the same cost or less as the wholesalers online. We still did our own reception flowers, but I'm so grateful for Cindy's work on the bouquets and boutonnieres. She did a great job, delivered everything on time, and was very communicative during the design process (which was done entirely through email). read more

Cindy was definitely one of my favorite vendors to work with for our August 2015 Perry House wedding in Monterey. She is such a kind and sweet person, and is just so wonderful at what she does. I want to tell you my story and hopefully this will explain why you have to choose Cindy as your wedding florist: 1. I was looking for someone who would make my wedding bouquet and I chose a carmen rose design. Since I was in Seattle while planning my wedding in Monterey I found a picture of the carmen rose on the internet and sent it to several florists in Monterey. I didn't really have any time to visit everyone of them. I asked them whether they can make it and how much it would cost. Cindy was THE ONLY florist who responded on the same day! Some of the florists refused to make it (too much labor) and from others I got a response a week later. 2. She was very specific before she named her price: she asked me about the color of the rose petals I wanted to use and about the color/overall look of my dress. She gave me suggestions as to what roses would/would not work for this type of bouquet. She sent me 4 emails in 1 day trying to figure out exactly what I had in mind! 3. Over the weekend she used her garden roses to make a prototype of my bouquet and she sent me a picture of it for my approval! It was absolutely perfect and the price was very affordable. She even agreed to lower the delivery price a little to make sure that on the day of the wedding the bouquet would arrive in a perfect condition (I was going to pick it up myself). 4. About 3 weeks prior to the wedding (very short notice!) she also agreed to make corsages for Mom which were gorgeous! 5. Finally, she not only made the most beautiful bouquet for me she also brought a tossing bouquet and extra rose petals for no charge! I feel that this kind of dedication and love for the work someone does is rare. Cindy was honest and incredibly flexible. I am so happy that I got to work with her and I highly recommend her. If you are looking for a florist that will make your wedding truly amazing - stop. You found her. Cindy is phenomenal to work with. We called 10-15 florists, narrowed it down to 3 to meet in person, and after consultations it was instantly evident that Cindy was top notch. She was answering her email fast and picking up our phone calls even late in the evening. She came prepared for our meeting too - she had pictures, examples, ideas and great suggestions that others simply did not bother to mention. What really stood out for us was that she thought of not only "how the room is going to look like in-person" but also - "how it's going to look like in pictures". (Tip - do not go with dark navy linen for large tables). Also, she stayed true to our budget, while others ended up 10-15% above our target. The day we walked into the room - our jaw dropped - it looked that good. The cake looked amazing too.
