This time was the worst, my açaí bowl was frozen so solid that I literally couldn't eat it. When I tried digging into it with the spoon, the bowl cracked and spilled all over me. My wife's bowl was the exact same way completely frozen beyond being edible. What makes it even more frustrating is that these bowls are about $15 each, and by the time you add drinks and tip, you're spending close to $40 for food you can't even properly eat. For those prices, there should at least be some consistency and quality control. Unfortunately, the employees didn't seem to care at all. I wanted to like this place, but after multiple disappointing visits, I probably won't be coming back.
