They charged a service fee which was perfectly fine so my mom and aunt paid those fees in cash so it would go directly to the team members that preformed those services. After leaving the facility my aunt was chased out side because they do not accept. The receptionist gave my aunt the cash back for my mom's service and for hers. My mom called later to make sure my aunt was not charged for the $30.42 service fee. The following day my mother received a confirmation email for two new appointments the next day and her credit card was then charged $199.42 for the scalp service and the service charge. She called to get this fixed and never received a return call. After leaving several messages she got through and was told this was done in error and they would reverse it but they would only be crediting her back $149.00 which was the original price of the service when I bought it last year for her birthday. Since last year the cost of the same service is now $169. Long story short this was a gift for my mother and they are now charging her because of their own error. The verbiage on the gift certificate is for the service NOT the dollar amount I paid for it originally. No where on the gift certificate states the dollar value. Due to this error on the company's part my mom is now forced to pay the difference in price because they do not know how to do business. My mother had request a call from the Owner due to these unauthorized charges. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DO NOT SPEND YOU MONEY HERE.
