Been wanting to get my rugs cleaned for a while and so I checked the review of Platinum steamers and convinced to fry them out. Was very impressed with how fast they communicate. The technician (Paul) arrived on time which says a lot. He was super friendly and answered my questions prior to the cleaning. Once all done I was happy and satisfied with his work. The rugs came out very clean and fresh (didn't know how dirty they were!) They also did steam clean my couch and that too came out as if I just bright it from the store. Thanks Platinum. Y'all did an amazing job and worth the price! Now thinking of hiring them for tile cleaning! Next time I'll take some pre-clean pictures. I messaged them on instagram after seeing their ad. I sent them 3 pictures and we agreed to $130 for steam cleaning a three piece set. The tech came out and said it only had 2 pieces on the work order and it would be $30 more for the single chair. I told him to leave. They are scammers. I wanted to point out as well that the tech stood there staring when he showed up and was like there was only two pieces on the work order. The owner lied multiple times instead of just apologizing stating he didn't see the full couch in the pictures. I asked him to explain how the work order had a love seat and full couch on the work order. His response was to state that the extra chair would be $40 not $30. Whatever you do I recommend going somewhere more honest. read more

I had another company, I think they were called the green company or some thing, scheduled five days ago. I sent them a video of the furniture that I needed them to clean and was completely transparent. Long story short they forgot about our appointment and when they showed up the next day, the worker showed up in a Prius (not sure anything in that vehicle was gonna be able to clean my furniture) saw the couch & his boss told the worker to just leave the job. (I contacted them July 30 and was able to book them on Aug 2. They have great customer service as well and gave good quotes with a reasonable price. Don't waste your money! 1) I scheduled carpet cleaning with them then received a message that they wanted to change the time. Ok, but I can't be available until after 2pm. I was told the tech would text when he was on the way. The tech called me at 12:38 from my driveway. We had to leave the event we were attending to meet him 2) The tech had a teenage boy with him, who at one point walked into a part of the house they weren't cleaning, just to look around! Creepy!! 3) The carpet was soaked after they were done and wasn't dry 8 hours later when we went to bed 4) There is a sticky residue on the carpet, so it will get soiled again very quickly read more
