We asked if they could come the very next day while my husband was off work, and even though they already had a large job scheduled, Kyle made it happen. Jacob arrived right on time and was professional from start to finish. He took great care to protect our home by laying down towels and covering corners so their hoses wouldn't damage anything. We have two dogs, so we opted for both the carpet cleaning and pet treatment. Our carpets hadn't been professionally cleaned in years and were in rough shape, but the results were amazing. Used Yelp to start getting bids on different contractors. Many of the contractors did not provide this kind of service or it was not worth their time. Peter the owner of Marblelife contacted me via Yelp and informed me that he could help with the grout lines. His initial visit was to inspect the tiles/grout and then provided me an estimate. He was able to order the custom grout for me which matched the color of the existing grout. Now most contractors would of done this job in a rush. Peter properly did the job and cleaned up on the spots that needed to be corrected. Most importantly, he did not leave the house dirty. His work is neat and precise. It took Peter approximately 8 hours to correct the work by the lousy contractor that we hired to install the tiles. Peter's costs are also reasonable and fair.

I waited a few weeks and tried again and finally got in touch with Manuel at Stone Polish. We settled on a date and I confirmed the day earlier to make sure he was still coming. He messaged me back quickly and the next day he showed up 20 minutes early. We discussed the situation and the process for repairing the granite behind the sink. About two hours later he was finished. It's significantly better than what it was. There were a number of granite chunks and pieces that were loose plus, some of the metal reinforcement was so bad, it had disintegrated. Manuel reused some of the larger pieces and used epoxy to blend in some of the other areas. All in all, we're very happy with the outcome. Manuel was very personable and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

This was a one man job with George, the owner , doing all the work. I am very dissatisfied with his service. First of all, the several holes in my stone floors were to be filled with epoxy resin, as stated in the signed contract. Instead he filled them with grout, a much easier and less permanent fix. When I called him out on this, he then refilled the larger holes with the epoxy resin. Next, my counter tops were over sealed and now it shows a film over them which I can't seem to get rid of and my wife hates it. Finally, the shower floor was stripped cleaned and resealed. The seal lasted about three weeks then started to wear off. Every time the shower was used soaked wet spots started to appear in the grout, increasing with each shower. George came back and re-sealed it twice but each time after a couple weeks the sealer started wearing off. I have tried vigorously to contact George Mitchell numerous times over the last month but he will not answer my text, emails or voice messages. It seems he has no interest in finishing the job. This job has been paid in full but not finished. It appears he offers no warranty for his incompetency. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mitchell's Stone Restoration and Cleaning Service.

In November 2024, we hired Sir Grout to service our shower due to mold in the caulk. We paid for…read morethe Shower Cleaner ($50), Shower Clean & Clear Seal ($483), and Epoxy Grout ($400). Within just a few weeks, the caulk began crumbling and peeling apart. Since Sir Grout offers a 1-year warranty if you exclusively use their cleaner, they returned and fixed it at no cost. Unfortunately, within a few months of that repair, the caulk turned an unsightly yellow and mold reappeared beneath the surface. The shower looked terrible again. When we contacted them, it took a while to get a response. Eventually, Steven, who had actually performed the grout service and was absolutely lovely to work with, came out, admitted the mold and yellowing shouldn't have happened given our care routine, and said he'd reach out to his boss for a resolution. Weeks later of my partner following up a few times, Jose finally called, only to say there was nothing they could do and blamed it on "ventilation issues." I have never had yellowing issues with caulk before using this company, and the lack of timely communication, accountability, and follow-through on their 1-year warranty is disappointing. I will be hiring a different company to redo the grout.
