The basic tanning bed is pretty cheap compared to other places in town. I bought 20 beds. Looking…read moreback, I don't know why in the world I didn't ask to look at the beds/rooms before I bought that many tans! The basic bed has a face tanner. You are given a hand towel and a sucker each visit. There is usually one staff person working at a time. I don't have anything good/bad to say about them. The thing I didn't like about the tanning beds is they don't have built in fans and the rooms don't have good fans to compensate. Tanning salons I have gone to in other cities usually had huge industrial metal fans at the ends of the beds if there was no built in fan. This place has very narrow fans (think 2.5 feet talls, 5 inches wide) that do little to cool off the bed. Only a tiny part of the fan can get into the bed when the bed is closed. Sweating is part of tanning, but this place made me dread tanning. I would get so sweaty that I had to make sure I had time to go home and shower if I was expected to be anywhere else. I stuck it out since I had already paid for the tans, but I definitely regretted choosing to tan here. Bottom Line: If they had better fans, I would be buying an additional 20 tans here. As it is, I will never step foot in this salon again!

She closes on every single holiday and random weekdays without telling PAYING customers. I had to start going to a new place because she's never open. Owner is also MAGA and says racist things every time I'm in there. I will never come back, especially being the fourth time in ONE MONTH that she's closed at a random time and day when the store says open online and on the door. Ridiculous and I wasted so much gas for nothing. Picture was taken at 945 on a Thursday when they should've already been open for 45 minutes.

She also does a great job of providing education about how to optimally maintain your spray tan. The salon is always very clean and the staff is great. The prices are pretty expensive for regular tans but if special deals are offered often throughout the month that make them more affordable. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and they give great recommendations if you're unsure about what to get. I've heard people complain of long waits but that's expected when there's limited beds that have to be cleaned in between uses. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for a service. Tanning booths and beds are kept clean and organized. This location is awesome!

Awful experience every time I come in!!…read more I'd never used a tanning bed before this, and this center's business practices feel slimy. On my first visit, the manager sold me products I didn't actually need -- I was nervous and didn't know better, so I went along with it. When I tried to return them and get the product I actually needed, the manager was never in. By the time I finally caught her, it was too late to return anything. I also was never told I could be using a Level 5 bed when I signed up -- I'd been put in a Level 4 the whole time, even though there's almost a $40 price difference between the two. Once I found out, I asked to downgrade my membership for the following month. But now this month, I can't use the Level 5 bed at all. So I paid $104 for July and can't even use what I'm paying for. On top of that, almost everyone on staff has been unhelpful and unpleasant. The one exception is Grace, who's been genuinely kind and helpful every time. My advice: do your research before signing up here, or just go somewhere else.
