I usually go to the iPhone repair guy in South San Francisco but I checked to see if I can get a better rate somewhere else and I found these guys. Not only was is it closer to the the city it ended up being down the street from my house haha. Anyways they definitely have the best prices out here. There cool peoples. I brought one iPhone in that was completely destroyed not just a cracked but destroyed! They fixed it in 20 mins! Gave us a option to keep the phone black or change it to white. So we got the white and gold one. They gave us a new back piece as well. The second iPhone I gave them came out great too! So the iPhone guy in ssf fixed it and once it dropped it cracked again because my screen was popping out on the top. When I gave it to platinum not only did they fix it they threw in a back piece too so that my screen wouldn't pop out or crack when I drop it anymore. After closing my car trunk on my phone, the screen got totally shattered & the touch screen on my iPhone started malfunctioning. The damage was so bad I was almost convinced the phone was beyond repair.. I stopped by because I live in the neighborhood and I often see that they have a "We fix iPhones" sign outside, just to ask if my phone is at all fixable. The super friendly employee saw my phone and I explained to him what had happened to the screen, he told me "I will have it fixed in less than 15mins". My phone wouldn't charge so I looked up phone repair places in the area and picked Platinum Wireless off of a google map. When I called they said they could replace the charging port for $65. When I brought my phone in I noticed immediately that it was very clean and organized. The guys had masks and seemed to follow COVID guidelines and were overall very nice and respectful. After leaving my phone with them for some time I came back and was told "only $25" as the issue was a connection problem and parts did not need to be replaced. I was ecstatic as I really like saving money and can't afford to buy a new phone right now. Talk about easy as 123! The worst part of this story is that my phone screen was cracked for like a day and I missed that important phone call. Sucks! But then a friend referred me to this location. I came in and dropped off my phone, walked up the street to Walgreens, grabbed my meds, came back, half an hour later. Presto,change oh!! iPhone5s was cherry all over again. I paid 50 bucks and my iPhone was working perfect again, the screen was brand-new spotless, and the service was pretty quick. The gentleman who helped me was super informative unknowledgeable about the iPhone and different products. I'm super happy with the customer service here. I had a broken phone screen and they went to work on it immediately and the cost was fair ($60). I rarely drop my phone but I have previously fractured it hard and they fixed it up quickly and helped adjust it because at the time, the button was not sitting right because of how the screen broke. This time I fell and my phone flew out of my pocket and gave the screen a nice big fracture when it hit the nice concrete of SF. Becoming more and more unusable, I asked for help and they replaced the screen quickly and were super nice about it. When I called to talk to someone THEY CUSSED me out. These people at PLATINUM WIRELESS are crooks and they sell STOLEN belongings, So be aware that if you buy ANYTHING from them you will be SERVING TIME in prison because of them.
