I would tell you to go literally anywhere else. The associates took items and kept them for themselves( half a tote) Made up a lie about mixing up the totes and couldn't take any items. if you want to be ripped off and lied to definitely stop in. but if you don't avoid this place!! read more

Sadly, this store is not what a typical Plato's Closet can be. Smells good, and well organized by type and color of clothes, but animal hair and wrinkles on the clothes. Did not accept any of the 25 freshly washed and nicely folded items I brought in. Which is ok, but I didn't feel like the clothes I bought in were particularly worn. First, all there clothes are so worn out and gross they should be giving them away! Also they never have any of the current styles which the store advertises they carry. When selling clothes they only accept a few select things and give you a few dollars! Lastly, the music they play is so completely AWFUL and degrading to woman, I refuse to step foot in the store again! read more

I love thrifting and Plato's Closet is a great place for that! The reason it is better than some other thrift stores such as Goodwill, is because they pay for their clothes so the clothes are generally better quality and more in style. This Plato's Closet is bigger than other ones I've been to and I have found several useful items here such as jeans (they have a big selection!). The staff here have always been helpful and in contrast to most stores (due to COVID) they allow you to try on clothes before buying them (at least they did last time I was in which was a couple months ago). A plus is that they'll buy your clothes that you don't use anymore! They are selective and it is a business, so they won't buy everything and don't pay really well, but hey, it's better than throwing them away where they'll just fill up landfills! read more

The employees are super rude and love to make side comments about the clothes you bring in. They talk crap under their breath. I always bring in high-quality clothes and they made a comment saying they aren't goodwill.. meanwhile they have Walmart brand clothes. They are overstocked with crap clothes so they won't take ANYTHING. They only have one style of cleaning that isn't cute. They are obviously struggling to sell bc they now have a huge clearance section. You're better off selling your clothes on eBay or depop. read more

Went in today. None of the employees were wearing their masks properly. Multiple people came in without a mask and they did not ask them to put one on. The woman who gave me my money for my clothes was rude and dry. Not to mention the girls behind the desk sat on their phones with their masks off the entire time I was in there. Management needs to get a handle on this store, and stop hiring rude workers. read more

Employees are rude. The company offers cash in the spot for your gently used clothes, apparently their definition of gently new is better than brand new. They said that my clothes had been worn too often and had too much piling...that were new with tags ( bought one week before I found out I was pregnant). Selling clothes to them isn't even worth it. Today I sold two pair of jeans and two Shirts, I got $9.30. I will not do business with these frauds again. read more
