Buttons falling off, didn't cut pants but put a hem in them about 6 inches long, then had the nerve to add a split and throw the pants at customer when quote... "that was the best she could do!" They were to be cut and tapered! The buyer is every bit of 5 ft. tall! The Grooms pants were tapered and bunched! They are on their way to Cleveland to get that messed fixed before the wedding!
