The long wait times for appointments are BECAUSE they're the best. I also had a virtual exam during COVID which worked perfectly well. I see some of the COVID complaints here and have to chime in as a longtime patient. There are personal reasons as to why the doctor has had to enforce what some may see as extreme COVID precautions, and many patients are aware of this. I'm sure it has caused strain on the business but it is what it is, and I am confident they will bounce back in time.
