A call was placed to schedule an appointment for my daughter and reached the new staff member that had previously provided incorrect hours of operation. However, I proceeded to make an appointment for my daughter which was for 4/16/19 at 4. Upon my daughter arriving she was told her appointment was for yesterday 4/15 and that she was a "No Show". Twice there was an issue with the same person's incorrect scheduling. The initial impression was great but fell short.
