We finally went into the store. My younger daughter (11 years old) was looking around. We finally purchased some items... at the counter the girl who rang us up was curt with us as well. When we exited the store my younger daughter told me that one of the employees (female) had looked at her and said "who F****d up these t-shirts?" Wow!!!!!! horrible and to a child. She was very sweet, knowledgeable, and willing to go out of her way. Nice smile as well. Then there was another girl (Brunette) who was helping me out pick shirts and showing me what type of size to get. She too was very friendly, nice smile, and easy to talk too. Funny because they 2 had great personalities and down a few stores - the Victoria Secret girls think they are hot stuff and lack everything a retail associate should have. Go figure. The clothes were nicely outfitted on the mannequins and very neatly organized throughout the store. The staff was very friendly but not too friendly (don't love being followed around and asked if I need help by the same 3 people multiple times); they greeted me, gave me space while I was looking around, and made conversation/suggestion at the register when it came time to pay. As a previous sales associate, I understand and appreciate the delicate balance. If I had more money, I would've bought half the store!
