If you're looking to add a fun children's activity to your kid's birthday party, look no further!! PlaySoft is the best option around. Their pricing is competitive, their equipment is stunning, their staff are super kind and helpful, and Stephanie's communication is prompt! Planning birthday parties is challenging when you're doing it all on your own, but with the right vendors, everything feels so easy and smooth. We rented a large bounce house with slide and ball pit for my son's 3rd birthday and it was such a hit! Some of the kids didn't even want to go home. The equipment is clean, fun for the kids, and matched my aesthetics. I highly recommend using PlaySoft for all your party needs! (And trust me, I really shopped around, this is it mommas!!)

Great set up and many entertainment options for kids. I used them for my daughter's birthday party and the kids loved it. Very easy to find bounce house rentals in OC but not too many play zones rentals so this was amazing to have. Stephanie was very communicative and the whole process was seamless. They were also very timely with delivery and pick up. Would use them in the future for sure and recommend to others as well.

The Play Soft team is amazing! It was so easy to communicate with Stephanie. We inquired a little early for our baby girl's first birthday, but Stephanie contacted us as soon as the date was open. We also needed a few changes after we had booked, and Stephanie made those changes for us right away. The team's timing for set-up and clean-up was perfect too as we had an event center! Stephanie went above and beyond for my sons birthday back in September. The children absolutely loved the jumper and the ball pit! Next time I know to pay for extra time cause the kids were not ready for it to go away after 5 hours of fun. She set everything up by herself very quickly and cleaned up very nicely on top of that. 10/10 will have to rent again read more

We just rented the giant ball pit and tunnel for our daughters 2 year bday. All of the kids (age 2-9) had an absolute blast playing for 4 hours! I knew I wanted a ball pit for my daughter's first birthday but there were so many rental companies to choose from, it was overwhelming. If you're doing your research now, stop and hire Stephanie. Highly recommended vendor. We used Play Soft for a 1 year old birthday party and everything was perfect from the start. Easy communication to set up the event and they stayed in contact throughout to ensure we were all on the same page with the design, times, etc. Day of was flawless too with advance texts to let us know arrival time for set-up and removal. I really adore and love this idea. I rented this for my daughter's second birthday party and it was a success. Stephanie arrived one hour before to set up and was really patient with us trying to figure out the extension cord situation. My daughter and her cousin had such a fun time and they honestly didn't want to leave. Luckily they were napping by the time it came to say goodbye, otherwise it would've been a hassle to pry them from the set. If you are on the border of renting soft play for your toddlers birthday you should definitely do it. What can I say about this incredible small business that hasn't been said before...Play Soft was the best addition to my daughters berry 1st birthday!! Stephanie, the owner was very accommodating with my theme and created a custom package for me. The babies loved the play area so much and had the best time playing in there all day. I never knew softplay was a thing until I stumbled upon recommended pages from browsing bouncer rentals. This is PERFECT for babies and toddlers! Most of my friends are first time parents so our kids aren't even big enough to be allowed in bouncers. Having a safe area for the little ones to explore and fall is amazing! All my parent friends were able to eat while watching their kids roll around I told Stephanie exactly what I wanted and she made it happen. I'm so lucky she's available because I literally reached out to her one week before the event. I pretty much got 2 packages put together, large play area, toddler jumper, 6x6 big ball pit. who doesn't want to slide into a ball pit?! All the equipment was spotless clean. She came to set up and take down with minimal contact. I would recommend this setup for anyone throwing toddler parties! The playzone is super cute by itself, but if you have older toddlers, you need that ball pit or bouncer. Totally worth it! read more

I rented a water slide and it was a great experience from start to finish. Stephanie was on time, the equipment was clean and sanitized and she had great communication throughout the process. My two-year-old really enjoyed this play soft set up; he played for hours, and he was very entertained and safe. There were a variety of things to choose from: ball pit, slide, stacking blocks, etc. Also, the attention to detail was great: a little shoe mat in front, a cute fence around the play area, a bucket with a sign for shoes, and a custom sign wishing my child a happy birthday. I highly recommend working with Stephanie -- super easy and flexible -- set up and clean up were fast, and there was nothing I had to do. read more

I started the company after spending tons of anxious weekends at different birthday parties and events, hovering over my one year old son as he wobbled his way into the giant jumper with 8 and 9 year olds, and unfortunately, I never really got to enjoy a moment of what should be a fun occasion for everyone. Play Soft specializes in safe play spaces, specifically for littles, so that everyone can relax and enjoy your event.

We rented a soft play setup from this business. At pickup, the business owners were couple that accused us of intentionally wetting the equipment because we had cleaned our concrete yard in the front part of our house with soap and water after the party. This accusation is completely false. We respect other people's property and would never intentionally damage rented equipment. The equipment was placed on grass and picked up in the evening on a day with extremely high humidity reaching up to 100%. As a result, there was visible condensation on the grass, vehicles, and surrounding surfaces. We calmly attempted to explain this and even pointed out the condensation as evidence. Unfortunately, both owners repeatedly interrupted us and refused to listen. The husband raised his voice and yelled at me, my husband, and my sister. The husband's behavior escalated to the point where he made an inappropriate and threatening comment about proving he could fight my husband. We kept saying how unprofessional his behavior was and how there was no need to get to that level. His conduct was alarming, aggressive, and highly unprofessional. When I asked what the resolution would be, the husband stated there would be a $100 fee. Immediately after, the wife stated the fee was $150. Wanting the confrontation to end, I paid the $150 on the spot. Afterward, it became clear that the fee was arbitrarily increased, and when questioned, the wife stated that it was "her business" and "her fee." At no point did either owner apologize or attempt to handle the situation professionally. This experience was hostile, intimidating, and unethical. I strongly caution others to reconsider using this business, as no customer should be treated this way or pressured into paying inconsistent fees under harassment.
