SOOOOOOO MUCH FUN! This place is AWESOME! The staff is incredible, so sweet and welcoming, helpful, and great with kids! They helped my child so much and so well. Every activity is so well thought out and engaging! The token treat system when leaving was a game changer and made leaving all the fun much easier on us. Becca and Hazel were a huge help! Thank you for the great experience!

This is a cute little place. There's little "playhouses" for your child to climb in and out of. It's not a big place so you can pretty much see your child from anywhere in the room. The place gets pretty packed between 3-5. My son is 15 months old and he was getting knocked over like crazy. There were also quite a few kids that would take things away from him and even shoved him a few times. The parents never even bothered to correct their child. I've never had that problem at the McKinney or Allen locations. Toys are kind of a chaotic mess. They don't reorganize as much as the other locations do. Overall an ok place to go. This location may be better for the bigger kids since it seems the average age was about 5+. If you have a younger little one you might want to try another location.

Super cute inside, lots for toddlers to do! There was a slime station and a "fishing area, a house with dinning and dollys inside and so much more. The lady working was also very friendly. Overall a fun time!

Staff is awesome. Attentive, personable, helpful. The other patrons are bumps on a log. This place is made for small children, it helps if a parent stays engaged in what their child Is doing rather than huddle with other disengaged parents. I had a ball with my Little man and other children whose parents were chatting instead of enjoying their little Person.

Sandbox play area - bring your kid here instead of doing this at home. No clean up needed :)

Went today And it was packed! I know it gets crazy since it's a holiday (2/15). I had to wait about 30 minutes since they were at max capacity. Just like the Frisco location, this is an excellent indoor play area for kids. Everything is just their size. I love playing pretend with my son :) This place has an outdoor theme. "The great outdoors" very cute with cabins, fishing boat, camp trailer, picnic table. And of course the standard art/crafts area. Just like all locations the admission includes a small snack. Bathrooms are pretty clean, which is pretty impressive for a place full of kids all day. I was also VERY impressed at how hard the employees work at trying to clean up and tidy things up constantly. There was a girl who was on the go at all times!!! One star just for that!

Unicorn theme! They provided this whole setup

My Daughter just had her birthday party here and I couldn't be more thrilled. We purchased an all inclusive package where they provided and took care of everything! Setup, food, decorating, hosting etc...Our family just literally showed up and we got to focus on our daughter having a great time. All of our guest couldn't stop saying how great the party was and how kind try he staff was. All the children were consistently engaged and having fun for nearly two hours (and these are 3&4yr olds!). Kirby and her other team member were kind and really on top of everything. Their all inclusive package is an extra investment, however you will not be disappointed in not only everything they do, but in the time you get to spending all good moments with you kids... you only get one shot at this and strongly advise to invest in their all inclusive package.

We had Lily's 5th birthday party and it was absolutely perfect! Kirby and Kristy went above and beyond our expectations!! They were so attentive to our needs and were always a step ahead of every move needed to be made. They were SO friendly and personable. If you are looking for a place to host events, this place is a gem! It is a well oiled machine, and really allows you to enjoy your time with the kids rather than worry about small details and time management. Thank you so much to the ladies for helping us make the birthday girl and our guests so happy. I will be raving about you and the facility to everyone I know!

Ask the Community - Play Street Museum - Plano

Is this place good for one year olds or will they be too young to enjoy it?

It depends on the child... most 1 YO’s love toddling around and exploring... parents appreciate the environment because kiddos can investigate without being told no at every turn

The birthday party was 1.5 hrs, but the last 30 minutes of the party, they breakdown your party room, so it feels like a 1 hr party. We've had to encounter a rude worker multiple times, plus at our party unfortunately. Will just call her J for the review. She has a dismissive disposition and our last visit, we paid extra for 30 minutes of a painting session. Our child only used 12 minutes and wanted to walk through the play area for the rest of the time and worker said "can you go get her? You paid extra to paint, not to play". She was not smiling, unfriendly, and really made us feel unwelcomed. We're going to give it another try, but if she's still a problem, we'll switch to a different location.

So many different areas for kids to explore along with options like slime lab and pottery painting. They also have a cute gift shop type area when you walk in that offers very cool learning toys and costumes. They a separate smaller room for the birthday celebration which was also very well maintained. The ladies who helped my sister set up, clean, and then take down our party were extremely friendly and helpful. There's a Pet Rescue house with the most adorable pets for kids to play with - and rescue. Next is a Pizza house where kids can creatively learn/play how to make your own pizzas. But my granddaughters favorite is Playhouse - equipped with all the cuteness any girl would want when pretending she's playing house. Now, let's talk about having a private party at this sweet play museum. The whole place is set aside just for you. That's right, it's set up just for your party. Designed for kids aged 8 and under, this indoor children's museum offers a refreshing take on traditional play spaces. One of the highlights for us was the variety of activities available. Those slides in there especially the blue one is adult sized and oh so fun! I went down it a few times an almost had whiplash from the speed and all the twist and turns! It was jam packed full of people by the time we left, and we got there right when it opened at 10am. Check in is a breeze. You tell the nice lady behind the counter your name and kids name and they give you a sticker. If it's your first time you simply fill out a form and then get the same sticker. The sweet spot for this playground is probably 3-6 years, but there is plenty to do for the younger ages too. The max age for entry is 10. There are slides, climbing areas, and a rubber-bottomed hill for the kids to run up and roll down. Despite being fully closed in, the play area is bright and doesn't feel cramped at all (in comparison to Irving Bible Church's THE TUBES). Everything was exceptionally clean. The playground is open M-F from 10a-4p. It is free and open to the public, but you must check in at the desk in front of the play area before entering. No food or drinks in the play area and children MUST wear shoes. This was a bit of a drive for us, so I packed a lunch and after the kids had their fill of the playground, we headed over to the indoor eating area on the opposite side of the church ("The Commons") to eat. Overall a great morning of free fun - THANK YOU Prestonwood Baptist Church!
