I honestly can't even tell you if the food tasted fresh or what the marinate in the marinated tuna tasted like and nor can I tell you the texture of the fish because the cubes are that small, and on top of that, you can't taste anything through the thick sauce. You may think adding mango and pineapple is weird to Poke, but it really adds flavor to the bowl. My favorite sauce is citrus ponzu.
