She snatched my phone, closed the window, & checked SCAN TO PAY. We tried to get her attention, but of course we were ignored. We were so shocked when she came back with my phone & said, "You don't have to pay." We always hand over my phone with his card, but she took the phone, ignored his outstretched hand holding the card, & changed my setting. I knew the order would be wrong & of course we received a Strawberry Hulk instead, but we no longer wanted to interact with her, My phone has never been taken out of my sight by a stranger before.
