Highly recommend this place, I ordered the oatmeal bowl and my son really enjoyed it, it was very sweet , ordered it with strawberries and bananas. Service was good it wasn't busy.

I came here recently to get their February special, the Bae Bowl 2.0. My order was ready very quickly, faster than some of the other locations I've been to, and I was impressed by the speed. This location is close to the Seaport but also very small, so better for taking orders to go. Definitely sign up for the rewards program and check out the seasonal specials!

A little pricey but delicious and good quality! This is maybe my 3rd time here and I always get to write a review! I only ever get the Pura Vida Açaí bowl. Staff is friendly and helpful. Some counter seating inside with more tables outside.

This location is pretty small, more of a storefront with a counter to order at for grab-and-go rather than eat-in. The location, both interior and exterior, felt kind of grimey and unclean. Playa Bowls has a pretty standard menu across locations, except this one for some reason doesn't have any chia bowls. Most of the bowls here start at $14 and the oatmeal cups start around $9. Iced coffee with no additions was $5.

I don't give any place 5 stars and this place deserves 5 stars. First visit I went when they were closing. They had the patience to make my order even though things had to be put away and blenders washed. I was really grateful they took my order. Next, juice, bowls, or smoothies, taste is excellent! My palate is delighted with each sip or spoonfuls. This place has me a regular customer. Also the friendliness of the staff is great

The service was quick and the place was clean, but the smoothies just aren't it. Smoothie was not thick--it was as if they didn't use ice or anything to cool it or make it thick. A solid waste of $11 for something that can be made at home for far less. I'm not enthused by the idea of coming back, even if it is next to a lot of other stuff. Maybe the bowls and their other non-drink items are better, but this purchase just felt like a throwaway to me.

The customer service was really well. They treated me with respect and were patient with my difficult family. I loved the ambiance of the store and the entrance stood out while I was walking across the street. The acaii bowl tasted delicious and you were able to taste every ingredient that was included. Overall, I would definitely come back the next time I'm in New York!

A new location in FiDi among other fast food options. This location is small with a few 3-4 seats inside. No restroom. Best to grab a bowl and walk over to the seaport area and enjoy by the water. The menu of bowls is expansive with so many options and perfect for vegans. They also sell smoothies and juices. The staff is friendly and quick with service. Bowls can be a bit pricey for 'fast food' ranging from $12-15, but a nice treat. Escape to the 'playa' when you enter and get a freshly made bowl.

Playa bowls is great. Order at the counter and they have tables to eat at. There was no one there in this food hall or eating at the tables but I assume it gets more crowded during lunch rather than breakfast, which is when I went.

Came here twice, as it was around the corner from my hotel. Lots of great options, fast & friendly service. Definitely recommend!

My first time at one of NYCs favorite little franchises. This place located in the heart of soho is…read moreextremely spacious with tons of seating, tables, and (semi-reliable) wifi, making it one more stop for all the NYC cafe workers looking for a new open area of try. Honestly quite shocked to see a cafe so spacious in the area. The lighting toward the back can get a bit dim which may be some people's preferred ambiance. I arrived here at 9am on a cold Friday and the store was near empty. At the time there were only a few people in store, the staff was patient with my order. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a Greek yogurt. Maybe this is a franchise shared experience or just limited to a location, but the sandwiches feel like they could use more filling and the bread is a bit too burnt crispy. Had mixed feelings and I did even pay a little extra for cheese. Personally not a big fan of the sandwiches here. Also the Greek yogurt bowls are nothing too different than your typical Greek yogurt. While not pictured, I did feel like only half my bowl was filled, somewhat disappointing. Overall, this is a great place to sit down and study for the vibes but I do feel that the food and snacks themselves were a bit overpriced and not particularly appealing.
