First one we gotten was the triangle and then tropical island and finally a HI passion. Each has its own different flavor and all so good. And i had a shot of wheat grass. It was so good and fresh and sweet. And the drinks were chilled but not water down or separated after a bit of time. My little one loved the Hawaii Passion and that was kale, spinach and pine apple. However, they don't list out all the fruit options they have, so it was a bit too much work to scan through all their combinations to get a sense of the potential choices to choose yourself. It costs more to request for no ice. Small cup is the least worth in terms of $ per oz. Medium and Large cup are same, so I got a medium. I got the Golden Fruit which comes with apple, lemon, and pineapple Part of me was hoping that there would be a base with some sort of milk to help provide some freshness while helping me round out my appetite. They didn't state it nor did I taste it. The smoothie came out a bit watery which I guess makes sense given the fruits involved.

The açaí itself was made with ice, completely flavorless, and we were wondering if there was any actual açaí in them. Some of the worst açaí bowls we'd had, and we didn't finish them. It also took the person helping us a very long time to make them. For about $13 a bowl, this was very disappointing. Maybe the smoothies are better, but we wouldn't go back.

They had a number of different options, including smoothies with/without protein or coconut milk/frozen yogurt and various bowls. I was feeling something with mango, so went with the Caribbean Swizzle Smoothie. Tasted fresh, unquestionably quality ingredients, nice and cold, thick smoothie consistency, and not too watery. There was only one gentleman working and a bit of a line given the warm day, but they were incredibly nice - clearly working hard - and the drink was well worth the little wait. It was also very reasonably priced - $7.99 for the small, $8.99 for the large (worth the extra dollar for me). I've been a number of times since, and this is now my go-to fruit smoothie place in the city. I have a soft spot for mango, so the Caribbean Swizzle is still my fave. I also love that it's located right on the corner of Washington Square and just a block from Independence Hall - perfect for a day walking around the city and a relaxing day in the park/Old City. I rarely write reviews these days, but felt strongly enough about this place to post this. Highly recommend!
