And the gal walked away with my husband's food. Walked around the room and then back to the counter. We watched her do this. I walked up to the counter where she was standing and holding his plate and asked to get his food! She said she'd gotten confused. I'd added smoked salmon to the avocado toast. The toast was very pretty to look at. There were watermelon radishes and thinly sliced cucumbers on top of the smashed avocado. On top was a generous portion of smoked salmon. No cilantro as on the menu, but a dash of everything seasoning. The base was a toasted piece of sourdough bread.
