I've been struggling with my allergies and a bit sensitive to smell so i sneezed a few times but other than that it is squeaky clean in here. Service: The young lady was really nice and friendly and it was pretty quick to get my acaii Food; My acaii was good. I added almond butter. My only comment is i don't think the cover over the bowl fits the bowl. It doesn't click all the way when you try to cover it again. Other than that everything tasted really good and fresh. Went in with my daughters on a Sunday afternoon to get some açaí bowls. We were the only customers in there. Waited and waited while the 2 people behind the counter were carrying on a conversation and I think they were watching videos on their phones. Finally we were greeted but he had a structure as if we were interrupting him. My daughter was thinking of the bowl she wanted and the guy got impatient and he walked away. We waited for him to come back but he disappeared we walked out and that's the last time I'll ever step foot in that place. Horrible customer service! read more

Always a wonderful experience as soon as you walk in they say hello and you can tell everything is nice and fresh. It's all made to order what a great atmosphere. The music is fun and the videos on the TV are cute as can be. Every time you can ask for something, you can make it to your specification of your own, of any dietary needs, or if you don't like something, they will always substitute it for you or give you a special specialty one. Unfortunately, my second time ordering from here was a miss. I ordered a pitaya bowl which comes with kiwi and mango on top, and I added on cacoa nibs. The mango was hard and unripe, and the kiwi was overripe (gross on both accounts). Something was wrong with the nibs because I have never tasted more unappealing bitter pieces, and I have ordered these from various stores for a long time. If the toppings and the fruit are inedible, it's difficult to salvage the bowl. My children had the regular acai bowls but they didn't finish the bowls, which is rare for them. I added almond butter on every order, but the layer was incredibly small. Maybe it was just an off day, and I do appreciate being able to order acai bowls in the late afternoon/evening, when I can't order from my reliable local favorite where I know the fruit would never ever be bad! read more

It's been a minute since I have been to Bahia Bowls and decided to pop in this location for a summer fix. Even though it's technically spring, it sure feels like summer has hit a month or two early. I had a coupon for a free small bowl with a purchase of a regular size bowl. The summer breeze bowl was the choice for the regular size and the oatmeal for the small one. The summer breeze bowl has bananas, orange juice, granola, honey, strawberries, pineapples, and coconut shavings. It was a delicious lunch! I saved the oatmeal bowl for breakfast the next day and it was still good after being in the fridge overnight. The oatmeal bowl has bananas, strawberries, granola, honey, blueberries, and whole grain oatmeal. The friendly service was quick and the staff packaged the food very well. There was customers coming in and leaving while I was there, so it was moving steady keeping up with the pace of customers by the staff. This was kind of a miss for me. The bowl was just ok. I ordered the Acai Bowl and added peanut butter. There was a really helpful young lady behind the counter, who gave some good suggestions. While I waited for my bowl I used the restroom and It was sparkling clean. The store itself was really clean and fresh. I was the only customer in the store. I waited about 3 minutes for my bowl. I did take my bowl to-go and ate it in the car but there were a few tables/seating. My bowl was not up to par for my tastes.The fruit was a bit mushy for my taste and peanut butter was barely visible. I liked the taste of the Acai base and granola. I think the bowl came out to around $10, which I feel is the going rate. I love Acai, so I will give them another chance and update this review. read more

Bahia Bowls blew my thoughts on what a açaí bowl place is all about. Not only is the food amazing and fresh but the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. Moreover, the workers were kind and patient with my big group of people. Some personal highlights were: The Mango Tango - OMG this was one of the best smoothies ever it was nice and sweet without having any extra sugar in it. The mango flavor was refreshing and felt like I just bit into a juicy mango straight from the tree. The Coconut bowl - The coconut bowl is an amazing special edition item I have never seen before. Don't recommend. Overpriced and undelivered in quality and customer service. Not kid friendly. I took the recommendation from the manager and my ten yr old didn't like it. We asked if we can swap for another and she said absolutely not. Food wasn't exceptional for the same price I could've sat down at a restaurant and ate a real meal.
