It's like a Chuckie Cheese for adults -- lots of noise, lights, video games, & junk food. My group had a private room - clean & comfy with regular table seating and a few sofas with a karoke option and a big screen TV. Pizza was basic, but slices were good sized & hot. Lotsa cheese on the cheese pizza. Pitchers of different sodas were provided & pitchers were labeled, so we knew what we were drinking. Our event included a wristband or sticker (I don't remember) that was good for a limited time to use at specific games that our employer chose for us. I wasn't interested so I gave mine to a teen for extra play. I also gave my ice cream sticker (good for a free scoop) to another kid. Many of our employees bowled, so I joined them in the very comfortable booths & watched the FIFA match on the very BIG screen TVs above the pins. My group had a great time bowling & singing karoke! This is a great location for groups of all ages & sizes. I don't know anything about cost, but the unlimited option seems like the best deal. There's a bar with pool tables for adults, in addition to adult-ish games. The main area is located on the 2nd floor of the mall with access by stairs, escalator, or elevator. Bathrooms have at least 30 stalls!! I thought I died & went to potty heaven! Girls rule!! 4 star for the sensory overload, but I had no idea where I was going. Now, you know. I decided to return a star, so it's now a 5 star review because the venue was just so darned clean.

Later, when I won a claw machine prize that required an employee to grab, April was happy to help and was just as excited as me for my lucky win! Had a great time there today with my family. Can't wait to come back!

Most plushie claw machines are 1-2 tokens per play and they now have blind boxes for 5 tokens per play. The claw machines settings are very strong and fair and you can also ask the friendly staff for help on resets. They have a great selection of cute plushies in the claw machines and for trade up. They have an amazing selection of trade ups for large plushies that were all 20 points and under On our most recent April 2026 visit, we were able to get a Sanrio Capybara blind boxes and trade up for a big derpy Pikachu!

Staff is super nice and helpful, the claw arcade itself is bright and clean, and there are tons of stuffies and small keychains. My 2.5 and 8 year old both had a blast and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back soon! They also have tons of fun events and characters visit, you can trade your stuffies for another in the same machine, and you can trade multiple stuffies up for bigger ones. Really cool concept and fun. Not impossible to actually catch the stuffies either. I highly recommend this place if you love stuffies and playing games. It was a big hit with the kids!

The kiosk to print online tickets was broken, which meant everyone had to wait in line at the concession stand just to get tickets. Then, since we had not visited in a while, we were not familiar with the layout anymore. Our movie was in Theater 1, but the numbering/signage was unclear. We saw Theater 2, but there was no visible number for Theater 1 nearby, leaving us second guessing whether we were in the right place. Once inside, the theater itself felt very worn down. The seats were so worn they looked dirty, and there were no food trays. I did like how far back the recliners went, but the farther you reclined, the more a barrier in front blocked the bottom portion of the screen. We also paid for the Dolby sound experience because my husband appreciates good audio quality, and he immediately noticed that not all of the surround speakers were being used, particularly the rear speakers. That noticeably took away from the movie experience. Overall, this theater feels neglected and run down. It is disappointing to see what was once a thriving theater decline so much. Unfortunately, we will not be back.
