First timers. We had a blast and even bought a 10 pack! There are so many play nooks (some he will grow into) that our 3 year old Jackson Asher was just playing and playing non-stop for the 3 hours. Structures are clean, the bathrooms are clean, the party area was clean. Music is upbeat. It might be nice to play less Top 40 and more kiddie songs for a half hour here and there. The tube slide was a favorite but if your kiddo is on the young side, you will need to haul it to the top. (I am healing from a shoulder injury so it was a little rough for me.) Josh, the guy working at the top made it fun for my son and was nice to chat with. Jackson isn't quite ready to be 100% on his own so I was climbing with him a lot. It was really warm at the top in the back and when I mentioned it to a staff member she was responsive and put the air conditioning on. We look forward to introducing our friends to the place. There seem to be a lot of parties so make sure you call in advance before you get your kiddo excited to go. (I see the owner is active here so I wanted to note that the two metal waiver stands could use some padding bc in his excitement while I was filling out the form, my son clonked his head. He's fine. I was in town visiting family and I was looking for something for them to enjoy. Very clean. Very nice staff. I went on a Wednesday morning with my daughter and nephew. It was only $10 each for them before 10 am that day. My daughter is under two and had a blast, my nephew is 7 and felt the same. I was able to go around on everything with her to help. This place is pretty cool BUT, if you have toddlers you end up more tired then the toddler. They need to restructure the tube sledding and the bouncy room. My toddler keeps trying to go there and the whole time I have to go there to get him out. Today, a staff member told me that another staff complained about my toddler climbing up the wrong way of the tube sledding aisle. Well it's the last time I come here because it becomes more annoying to me to have bitchy staff complaining and instead of being a day of fun for my toddler it becomes a day of struggle. Restructure the damn place. Separate the room meant for bigger kids. I've been to other places in which they have separated the play areas by age group.. read more

Would have been such a good time if they had air conditioning ..having fans blowing in 105 degree weather made it feel humid the kids were dripping sweat it was Not good time! We had to leave after about 30 minutes it was just way too hot . They need to fix that asap! read more

Amazing place! Great for the summer because you don't have to be in the heat! It can also be just as equally amazing in the winter too! There's so much to enjoy with your child! I even had fun running around with my 4 year old son. It's nice they allow the parents to play on the equipment with their kids! Lots of little obstacles! It can get a little warm, but guess what?! We were super exited to host our daughters birthday party here this past Sunday based of all previous reviews. unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations as the play area is great for the kids the employees made our event very uncomfortable for not only us but all of our guest as they were rude and had an attitude any time something was asked from them the girls at the desk could be heard gossiping about our guest. Pros: - for a smaller place, they have lots of things to do for the kids. - easy location to get to - the apparatuses they have are safe for a smaller toddler - they have a bouncy house and jolly jumper obstacle course Cons: - you can only do the bouncy house and jolly jumper for 10 minutes. Very heavily monitored -they charge full price for babies who can't even walk - they don't run the ac even in 100 degrees weather outside and it was at least 90 degrees inside the play area. -the staff can be kind of rude but not over the top rude, just normal rude. read more

For his birthday, my little one chose a few friends to come here for a playdate last week. The guests, aged from 1 year to 6 all had a great time. Playmazing is wonderfully diverse that it seems that children within an even larger age range can have a great time. It was also affordable, and compared fairly with similar nearby attractions. There were a few hiccups in our visit, they were mostly minor but I'll mention just for anyone else planning a visit. 1. It was quite cold in the facility. Fortunately we brought jackets in from the car and the kids wore them for the majority of the play. I was surprised, because you think the body heat of everyone present would make it sweltering. But it was pretty chilly, even until when we left at 1pm. 2. It can be very loud, even with a small amount of children present, just due to the layout of the facility which is in a warehouse. The noise bounces off /echoed off the walls. And the lights are very bright. It did not bother me as a parent but we had a guest with some sensory sensitivities and they were overwhelmed quite quickly. 3. Also an important safety issue: When we were using our ten minutes in the bounce house area (included with admission), we had one of our more slender 6 year olds get trapped in the space in-between one of the obstacle course walls by the entrance and the side of the slide, where it is not actually sealed or attached. It just looks closed/sealed but was really just overinflated, I witnessed him try to squeeze through the space as a shortcut to skip the obstacle course to go straight to the slide steps. I watched him squirm for a moment to see if he could correct himself and get out independently, but quickly realized he was stuck and suffocating, with his face smoothed tightly against the wall material, so I grabbed his shoulder and firmly pulled him out. At the time, his mother was by the bounce house, monitoring a younger sibling, and the supervising Playmazing employee was in and out of the room and mostly hovered on the far left side of the bounce house (maybe making sure littles didn't sneak into our time frame, as that was the entrance). Obviously supervision is the responsibility of the parents, but this was pretty scary and hopefully something could be done to prevent an even smaller kid from getting trapped the same way and suffocating. Maybe the obstacle course wall could be fully sealed. Or the employee could be positioned where they could observe both the bounce house and obstacle course. read more

This is my second time here. Once again we had a blast! We did have a few problems, I think there should be a limit on the bounce house and watch the teenagers that go in there. 3 were literally crushing my child and they were doing flips off the top. She said she couldn't find her way because they were messing around in the maze. Also, today there was a large crowd of adult hanging around right where the tables are where you get snacks. Made it really had to purchase anything or even watch my kids to the bathroom. Other then that, everything was great! read more

My kids looooved this place. We have 4 kids ranging from 3 to 12. They loved it. Played their little hearts out. The staff was super friendly. The place felt very safe. They have a door that locks so kids can't just exit & no one can just enter on their own. Very clean from the slides to the bathrooms. always an amazing time at play amazing with my two girls. I have a three year year-old and a five-year-old that I used to take to the park a lot but I don't take as much because of the weather.; they always have fun every time we go like 34 times out of the week and the stuff is so amazing. especially I believe her name is Nelly. She has a piercing on her lip on the inner lip and she super nice to the point where I didn't even have to say anything. I just walked in and she told me that I was all set.. As well as young lady, she has curly hair and she wears glasses, she was able to find my little earmuffs that she loves to wear because it's on an Elsa. They are very clean I love the way that they are very much aware of safety issues and they know my girls names. They know our last names some of the stuff but I know it's hard to catch up since there's so many people that always go there. A few weeks ago, I was actually on channel 5 news they were making a report of how hot the weather is out here in Palmdale at the park that's by the waterpark. I told him that the best place to go is amazing. It's so big and there's so many things to do so many activities and interaction. Totally will recommend to anyone that has children that are having issues with interaction to try it out and see how everything goes. It's nice to have a gym like this for the kids however this ome needs a lot of work. It's extremely hot inside the building, they have a few fans throughout but it's not really cooling the place down. The toys in the toddler area are old, dirty and broken. Also it's silly that the kids need a ticket to jump in the jumper for only 10 minutes. The girls at the front are EXTREMELY rude. And they talk to customers with a lot of attitude. It's not worth coming here, take the drive and take your kids down to Santa Clarita to play. I find it quite interesting that the business manager has extra time to respond to yelp reviews instead of putting that time into bettering her business. There are tons of reviews complaining of the heat in there and the rude staff. Perhaps Anna, instead of being so invested about your reviews you should spend more time teaching your employees to be more professional and friendly and to fix the air in your facility. read more

I would not recommend doing any type of party here. You will be watched like a hawk, staff is very rude. There are so many rules, if you do decide to have a party you better read the very long list of rules, that included no opening presents, and if you do there will be a staff member there in seconds to remind you of the rules. This is a very small place and it gets crowded and cramped, and then the staff starts yelling at kids with a mega phone, just awful, with as many staff standing around doing nothing maybe you could have one of them in the play area to ensure the kids go down the slide the way you want them to. You get a blue ticket when you enter, that is for the big blow up thing, that is good for 10 minutes only and they are right there telling your kid to exit at ten minutes and 2 seconds. The floor is extremely slippery, 3 kids in our party slipped and fell. So should probably bring gripper socks. There are also a lot of little rooms that are locked and trash cans in front, to many areas a kid could be taken to and you would never know. If you just want to pop in there for an hour then this is a great place, but be careful. read more

Love love LOVE this place!!! The staff is so friendly and assisting. Area is accommodating to parents of all age children Pricing is great. $15 for 3hours children under 15. And if you bring siblings it's $12 BRING SOCKS. Or you'll have to purchase there. I also advise to bring a gallon of water but that's just my opinion because we don't drink tap and I wasn't going to pay $1 for a water bottle every time we became thirsty lol They sell snacks. Everything $1. Area is HUGE. A GREAT work out indeed. Not many seats for adults. So I'd advise only bring parents. Not grandparents uncles and the whole community. Unless you want to be standing around for 3hours until a table is empty. My opinion - leave purses anything you don't want to keep watch of, inside your car. Unless you don't mind paying $1.50 for locker. Definitely will be bringing my kiddos here when we want to tire them out or if it's just a boring Saturday for us. read more

I asked the staff if it was ok for me to step out to smoke a cigarette for 5 minutes, and they made a big deal saying I can't leave my children in here unattended. When I just saw some lady drop off kids and take off !! Right in front of them. Also, there's been about three sets of parents that have done the same thing, walk in with kids and leave without them, but I did the "right thing" and ask if I can step out and smoke and they tell me no when there's several unattended kids in here with no adult supervising them. Not even staff ; they were all standing around in the bullpen area talking amongst themselves. read more
