It definitely looks like a warehouse, no fun colors or images at all. I would suggest you bring a lot of decorations so the room can look full and party like for your experience if you're party is held in the bigger room. I would definitely recommend it but ideally it'd be one hour of play, then the party room, & then another hour of play because after the party, the kids wanted to go back and play and were really disappointed it was all over.

They have computers to the right of the front enterance so you can sign your liability waivers. You pay per jumpers and $5 for socks. There's claw machines and they actually work. The place could use some upgrades and cleaning but overall it's okay considering how big the place is and how many kids go there on a daily basis. They do special toddler hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. It's more than just trampolines. Theres obstacle courses, a swing, dodge ball, a foam pit, basketball, etc. We've come here for birthday parties as well and it's super fun. They offer monthly passes. I highly suggest coming here. I went on 1/11/26, and both my car and my friend's car were broken into while we were inside. When we reported it, employees told us that there are no cameras covering all parking areas, which meant there was little to no help or accountability. If you choose to come here, be extremely careful where you park, especially after dark, and do not leave anything in your car. While the experience inside was fine, the lack of parking lot security is a serious issue.

The kids loved the games Adrian helped set up, Jonathan helped unload my car with all of the food and decorations and he also labeled all of the gifts so they were easy to see who they were from when we got home. Wyatt did a great job with the food, setting out decorations and making sure every kid was taken care of with pizza and cake! We had 50 people total between kids and adults and it was a breeze. From the very beginning, you could see the confusion on everyone's faces. As guests walked in for the party, no one knew where to go or what to do. There were multiple parties leaving and arriving at the same time, with easily over 100 people crowded into the lobby. Check-in was a mess, and people were standing around frustrated and confused. There was only one staff member at the front desk trying to manage everything--waivers, wristbands, socks, and questions--while dozens of parents and kids tried to get her attention. The lack of organization was unbelievable. When it was time to go into the party areas, the chaos continued. While we understood the rooms were not private, the setup was so unorganized that you couldn't tell which kids belonged to which party. People were sitting everywhere, staff were scattered with no clear direction, and the entire area felt overwhelming and poorly managed. Another major issue was the grip socks. I understand requiring them for children, but forcing adults to purchase them as well feels like nothing more than a money grab. We already signed waivers, so this was unnecessary and frustrating. To make matters worse, the place felt dirty and not well maintained. We have attended birthday parties at places like Pump It Up in Chino in the past, and the difference is night and day--those parties were clean, organized, and stress-free. This experience was the complete opposite. Paying close to $1,000 for a birthday party that was chaotic, unorganized, and dirty is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place and will definitely never return. Do not waste your money.

Many of the adults had as much as the kids. The regal package plus some time in the "secret basement" with VR and gaming was a major hit. The staff was very accommodating from start to finish. They allowed us to bring our own drinks and treats. We were able to use time before to set up and the staff of 7 was very helpful in all of it for the full 4 hours. DJ took our Playlist and was easy to find when we needed announcements. Parking was a little tricky but manageable. The venue is pretty spectacular. 3 floors plus a bonus basement floor (as an add on) made it more than memorable. It was a steep price but it is certainly worth it to do once for a child. Perfect for 30-40 children plus 80-100 adults, depending on the package you with. Unfortunately there is no negotiation on price. Everything is firm but at the end of the day, they are upfront and honest about the cost so just plan, save, and make it count. Highly recommend to try once. It's more than a celebration. It's an event!
