By the 3rd he was a little better, & from then forward; wow what a difference! He's so excited to participate & always eagerly jumps into the instructors arms when it's his turn to practice. We definitely plan to continue him into the stage 2 class! We're so impressed by the facility that we joined as a family. My husband & I utilize the gym & open swim. Equipment is new, the facility overall is clean, & the staff has been great since day 1. Always smiling, always friendly. Definitely a good experience here so far.

The experience was so much fun, and it was great working together to solve puzzles, build our team skills, and learn new things throughout the game. We were so close to completing it, but it was still a blast trying to figure everything out together. After the game, we also learned about the history of the escape rooms and how the managers came together to create something special. The equipment is excellent, there is a wide variety of obstacles, slides, and other fun things to do, and it appears to be great for all ages. The grounds and fields all seem to be very well kept up, and the restrooms seem to be in decent shape. The park is also located in a nice area, far enough away from main streets and the highway to be decently quiet, but not so far away as to feel too remote. I'd recommend this park!

She was a very experience preschool teacher - caring, fun, organized, structured, and most importantly, loving. Now my daughter is enrolled in the LAUP program which is housed at La Petite. This is another great program! I am thankful that she can go to before and after care with La Petite. She loves ALL her teachers and is excited to go. My daughter happily goes from one class to another and I love that she has the opportunity to play with kids older and younger than her. The center watches there ratios carefully and always makes sure that there is an appropriate teacher to child ratio. Teachers work well with each other and you can tell that they are happy to come to work every day. The director is friendly and easy to talk with. She is very organized and runs a structured center. As it is a busy center and I am busy at work, I have found that email is a great way for me to communicate with Jeanna, but she is also ready to talk in person and over the phone. I love the various themes I see the classes working on: the human body, planets, plants, etc. The playground is fun and safe. There are areas in the shade, space for the kids to run, grassy areas, and a large play structure. The garden is also fantastic! It is fun to see kids of all ages looking at the flowers and excitedly showing each other the vegetables that grow.

Once I left a voicemail which was not returned and twice I spoke with who I assume was a front desk person who both times took my info and assured me someone would reach out either by telephone or email. This is so disappointing because this dance studio was the only one I could find near home, so I was hoping a little persistence would be worth the extra effort. While the front desk person was always kind it would have been nice to have a response even if it was just to say that they couldn't accommodate me. UPDATE: About two hours after posting this review I received a response from the studio to my earlier email advising that they had seen my review and that the owners were attending to personal matters and they would respond upon their return. Though no apology was offered, I was asked to update my review. If I could get a response just two hours after reviewing this studio, why couldn't I have received that very same response to any of my four previous inquiries? And second, an apology would have gone a long way and had one been offered, I likely would have wanted to work with them despite initially being ghosted, but it felt in poor taste that the studio only cared to respond because they wanted me to change my review. I highly recommend swim lessons through the City of Lancaster at this location - Webber Pool…read more My 7 year old had pretty strong water anxiety because when he took swim lessons in Santa Clarita, the swim instructor would promise he wouldn't push his head under water, and then as soon as he relaxed, he would do exactly that. Then of course my son would choke badly because he had no warning. I scolded the instructor and told him not to do that...and then he did it again. I complained to the manager in Santa Clarita, and he very kindly apologized, but the damage was done. My son went from loving the water to being petrified. I took him to my brother's pool to try to play with him and get him over it, and he clung to me like a barnacle. So this summer we gave the lessons at City of Lancaster a try. My poor son was so worried, that he was trembling the entire ride there. He was afraid the instructor would lie to him and scare him on purpose like the last one did. Do you know how long it took for his Webber Pool instructor, Garrett, to gain his trust, and get him over his fear? Exactly ONE lesson. By the end of that lesson, he had dipped his face in the water and jumped off the edge of the pool into his arms, shrieking with happiness. Garrett gained my son's trust, and he kept it. He was so encouraging and relaxed that my son gained confidence in himself immediately. He went from shivering with anxiety the entire ride there, to gleefully telling everyone he met at the grocer store that he just came from swim class and he loved swim class and he got to jump in the water and do you like swimming cuz I love swimming... I am so happy! This means so much to me that my boy regained his love of water. A manager in Lancaster told me the instructors all use the methods recommended by the Red Cross. When I look at the other classes going on, all of the kids look like they are having fun, and the instructors all seem kind and patient. The pool was very clean, and there was a lifeguard on duty. Excellent, confidence-inspiring instruction, clean pool, and lots of fun. Give it a try if you are looking for swim lessons for your little one.
