What an amazing place. My one year old loved it. It's clean. People are friendly. So many things for children to do. It is HUGE. Location is sectioned off for older kids. They have a snack bar with tons of delicious snacks (cold coffee and Red Bulls for parents). No masks required but they sell them if you need it. You MUST wear socks. Strollers are parked outside. And they have cubbies for your shoes and belonging. Weekdays are great there's not a lot of people. Membership is about $80-90 bucks a month. For two adults and one child I paid $24 for a Day pass. So you can go eat something and come back. read more

Pricing is already expensive and they charge extra for masks, socks, etc. Masks should be passed out for free now if they want people to wear them as it's not mandatory for indoor anymore. We were standing by the gate (not planning to enter as I needed to go get the masks in my car), one staff just passed out the masks, asking you what color you want w/o saying the costs. Then when everyone wore it, she said this was the total & said she told us already when she didn't. Very poor communication. They require everyone to wear masks to go in but there are kids who don't wear masks and still can play. Then when I asked, one staff said, "some kids wear & some kids don't. It's ok." So why do you make it "required" at the entrance? read more

I do not recommend this place for children. Although it appeared clean and entertaining it is very dangerous. My little one slammed his head coming down the slide neither attendant from above the slide or behind attended to my child. An incident report should've been made. The staff did absolutely nothing. There is so much that can be said for PlayPie, but I will keep it pretty brief. Pros: Easy to get to and find Very Clean Lots of options of activities Cons The price is INSANE. This is the most expensive indoor play place my husband and I have ever taken our children to. Even compare to similar places in Irvine You can't bring in outside food and drink The infant area is not regulated, the last time I went a 6 year old boy kept running over my 11 month old baby. I had to finally talk to him and his parents about not being so aggressive with a BABY The staff is not always friendly or helpful Even though they stamp you and your child's hand, they don't monitor when exiting. My son left with our friends without us noticing until we saw him outside Overall, this is the only place in the area that offers an experience like this. My husband and I will continue to come back, it just is a little painful when the prices are so high. Also, be aware that it is a mad house on the weekend, which shouldn't be held against the business for providing something everyone likes. Also something to note - their birthday packages are unreasonable. We wanted to have our son's birthday here. Even if you have adult family members not coming with kids, you have to pay for their entrance. You are not allowed to bring your own cake or goodie bags. The facility is great, but I'm upset and disappointed at the their management. A week after I purchased the monthly pass, the Covid numbers started going up and this Delta variant is now infecting children more than the previous. After seeing that it's affecting the people (and their kids) around me, I am reluctant to take my toddler to an indoor gym until the Covid case numbers go down. I asked if they can place a hold on my pass until we pass the peak of this variant, but they refuse to allow a hold. I also don't like the fact that their website states that they are using a safe disinfectant, but the last time I was there they were spraying LYSOL all over, which is NOT safe for babies and kids. I'm also sensitive to LYSOL, so I had to leave. The facility is great, but very very poor management. read more

I've only been here once on a Saturday. It was busy, but it wasn't packed. But, as soon as my daughter and I walked in after getting stamped on our hand, I knew that we were going to have a good time! My daughter had so much fun being there. She loved the big play area where she can get on slides and explore the maze like structure. Her imagination soared when she pretended to be a grocery store cashier. This was my 1st time here. Even despite of all the bad reviews I read about the place. I will base this review on the service, pricing, and overall surrounding. Pricing was definitely an issue compared to all other playgrounds that are located indoors. My suggestion is Billy beez at the garden walk. It is a lot bigger than here and more economical price for each Admission. Of course the 1st issue when you walk through the door is definitely an hazard with all the strollers at the entrance. Then as soon as we walked on the floor its very slippery. I did notify the staff how slippery the floors were especially in the snack area and restroom hallway. Staff mention that this was never brought up to their attention ever before. which I totally disagree on since she almost fell when shethat individual was trying to attend me at the snack bar register. If I was the owner of whoever runs this place that is the 1st thing I would fix because there maybe a serious lawsuit eventually from somebody that does fall and gets injured. Another suggestion would be at the restrooms to put the Box of sandals outside the restroom door so they could put it on beforehand going into the restroom. Because when you go to that door you cannot see the Box of sandals and you merely go do your restroom duties then you track all that from your socks from the restroom to the playground area. And I believe they need to make a more firm rule or policy that no one can go inside unless they have socks. Saw roughly about 3 individuals with no socks on and there is maybe only 30 People there. Over all it could of been easily a 2 star review but would like to give this new business an opportunity to grow and fix some stuff. Been invited here for a friend's kid's party party for the first time. The cleanliness was impressive and slides looks amazing even for me. The party room decorations were one of the BEST I've ever seen in LA. Everything was just sooo cute and organized. The princess here make me feel like I'm literally in Disneyland. I have to say this is the best Kid's birthday party I've ever attended. The room was prepared before the party starts, so we even get to sit and relax in the room longer than we expected. read more

Clean! Full of activity! Staff cleaning a lot! Bathroom clean! Kids loved it! Safe! This is a wonderful indoor facility for toddlers and parents. The staff was quite on top of cleaning and I absolutely loved that. Parents, be prepared to sweat a little chasing after you little ones lol. And possible "super nap" afterwards! The bathroom has slippers for guests to use (since the entire facility is shoe free zone) which I really liked and appreciated. And CLEAN! Admission is really fair. The cost of adults are much much much lower than other indoor places. On a different note, I actually loved the etiquettes of the general customer parents!! (90% Asian family when we visited) The parents did not let their children run all over the place or have destructive attitudes, which I've seen at other places. The main portion of parents were watching their kids constantly (instead of being distracted with their phones and what not). Took the kids here on a weekday and they loved it. I took my niece here and the fact that it's centrally located in a shopping area just adds to the glamour of this children playground. It's really a complete place for younger children that even has a library, a media room, building area, pretend play with doctors office, kitchen, grocery etc. and there's a tube slide too. They've really thought of everything in this confined space. The staff is young, the canteen is a bit inflated, but it's got quite the unique variety of imported food and drinks. Mostly Korean snacks or drinks. Weekender can be overly crowded sonI personally like the lesser crowded day. It's more peaceful and enjoyable. My 16 month old boy loves it here. The place itself is clean, and the staff is friendly. The price is fair and you can enter in & out. My only complaint is that some parents will let their kids run free and not realize their kids are pushing kids around and throwing toys everywhere. The price is reasonable AND they only charge $4 for adults, whereas other places charge full admission for adults. My toddler was actively engaged for 1.5 hours and wanted to play more. Pretty neat play place for your toddlers located on the first floor in the Source plaza. It's big, but not too big and most importantly clean! They have the areas sectioned off into a library, toddler, jungle gym, play kitchen, media screen, and a little snack cafe corner. It's nice place to check out for about 3 hours. The downside is that they don't sell real meals, just snacks and beverages, but they do allow you to exit and re-enter, which is nice. It gets really crowded during the weekends so be mentally prepared if that kind of thing gives you anxiety. However, the kids definitely love it here! read more

The price is reasonable, the staff was friendly, and they still do temp checks which is a plus. The facility was clean and the atmosphere was perfect. it's very nice and clean indoor playground. but I don't recommend it for birthday party . they didn't offer me the option for outside food when I booked my party and said only you can order us pizza, when I was there I saw outside food in other party room . they don't put pure helium in the balloon ( or they reuse the balloons for the past days parties ) thats why the balloons came off after 90 minutes. I booked the bigger room and I confirmed it 2 days before my party and let them know I can change my party date if that room is not available but they confirmed it , surprisingly when I arrived there I see another party is on that room and the manager told me if you have text or email we will accept it otherwise we don't accept over the phone conversations .it was very disappointing . read more

This is the first time I took my kids to PlayPie. And my kids really love this place. There are many equipments which rarely been seen at other indoor playground. My kids LOVED it but there is no count or restriction on capacity and there were moments it was too full. The pretend play side had an efficient worker cleaning constantly and spraying things down. But there were minimal walk throughs or checks in the big kids side. There were two masks strewn about for the duration of our stay and no one picked them up. So, if they can work on cleanliness consistency and limitations on capacity, that would make it better. Other than that, there's plenty to do, and everything is in great condition. read more

Let's break it down: 4 stars for kids - lots of play action 1 star for staff...there is almost 0...I mean zero with a 0 oversight of staff or staff intervention. The place was jammed w/kids on Monday..I felt it was to packed I don't even know if they check their maximum occupancy allowance..then again I'm sure the staff would have no clue what that is. I saw a couple of staff walking around not intervening when necessary and generally speaking they look clueless/non interested...there were several situations where they were present such as the slide/donut where I was wondering what the hell are they doing. It was a little pricey for an indoor playground; actually more than every other activity in the area ($16.95 for a 2 y and $12.95 for a 1 y... only $4.95 for adults) so I expected there to be more activities and/or areas. Especially for the smaller one. My grandson thought it was the best place ever and I had a hard time getting him to leave so the 3 stars are from him. While I was able to make it through the tunnels and slides with my 2 year old grandson it really isn't that adult friendly. I'm a smaller adult so it was easier but I saw others struggling and if you want to keep an eye on your kids in this place (especially smaller kids) you will have to be able to have access. Stumbled on this playground galore for my 3 year old niece and 1 year old nephew. It's $16.95 for children 2 years+ and $4.95 for adults for all day access with in and out privileges. We arrived 2 hours before closing and received 10% off. Pros: not busy at all during this time. 1 hour before closing you get 20% off. Trust me, two hours was plenty of time for the kids to play house, ride toy cars, jump in the bouncy house, play in the ball pit, slide down the numerous slides, experience the sandpit and the virtual ocean--so much fun for the kids. And it is a safe, clean environment with seats for parents to watch their kids. It wasn't very busy towards closing so we went down the slides with the kids :). Adults can have fun too. Conveniently located in this outdoor mall with a huge selection of restaurants. Free parking garage. Socks are mandatory. You can purchase socks for $2. read more
