Came here for a bday party with unlimited access for the entire afternoon. The kids had a fun time while parents were catching up. They have an area for smaller kids and an area for older kids and some other stimulation and the best part is they let you go in and out. My wife and I have brought our son here several times and have mostly had good experiences. There are a lot of different things for kids to play with, along with a section for books, digital art/painting, and a food court/snack area. Overall, Playpie is a decent spot to take your kids to let out some energy and play in a different setting than a typical playground or library. That being said, the condition of some of the play areas are pretty worn down and/or dirty. It makes sense since children are constantly playing on the equipment but hopefully the unsafe or extremely dirty areas can get deep-cleaned or replaced. On a more recent visit, while parking in the Source parking structure, my son and I were crossing the parking lot lane to get to the stairs when a car suddenly came towards us and almost ran over my son. Mind you, we were well on our way crossing and the driver should have seen us and slowed down much sooner. Later, when we arrive at Playpie, I realized the driver that almost hit us was actually one of the workers (probably late to her job) at Playpie. She must have recognized us while we were inside as the incident did not happen that long ago but was unapologetic and left a really bad impression on us. I would hope the employees of a children-focused establishment like Playpie would be more careful and cautious around small children...I'm hoping this was a one-off and maybe the employee was having a bad morning. read more

My husband and I took our kids here and loved it. I really liked the variety of play areas they had for kids but I was disappointed with the cleanliness. While in town we needed a spot to burn a toddlers energy for 3-5 hours and found Playpie wile doing a yelp search. Let's just say it was exactly what we needed. Located in a small there are tons of parking spaces. You check in and pay get a hand stamp and that allows you all day access in and out! We were able to let our daughter run around for two hours, cruise the mall and grab a sweet treat then head back in for another burst of activity! By the time we had finished she was ready for a good dinner and was asleep in no time on the extended drive back home! A fun indoor playground with a lot of variety! My 4 year old daughter and infant son loved playing here - it really does have everything. An indoor playground, slides, cars, books and toys to play with. She especially loved the rotating dinner table and the toy food. I did notice some wear and tear with some of the books and playground. I believe the space could benefit by replacing some worn-down items. If we were local, we'd totally book for a party. The party rooms look themed and spacious. This would be a great place to bring your kids on a rainy day or if the weather is too hot. Infant (0-11 months) is free WITH a paid admission for another child. Toddler (12 months - 23 months) is $14.95, and above 2 years is $22.95. Prices are a little steep but it does include re-entry for the day. Many little cubbies located to store shoes and other belongings. There is a smaller play area for toddlers towards the front, bigger slides and obstacles to the left, pretend play spaces like doctors office buildings inside, books, play automobiles, etc. Fun space for kids to spend hours and get their wiggles out! This location is nice though, because they not only have playground and obstacle courses, they also have pretend play area as well as a bilingual library. I would say this indoor playground tries to be more toddler, friendly, though I've seen from other reviews that there is no age limit to play so older kids can buy tickets and run around like crazy, depending on the time of day. the major downside of this indoor playground is that all adults have to purchase a ticket just to enter, meeting there is no indoor or outdoor seating area just for family members or spectators. a ticket for a child costs a little over $20, while an adult tickets cost under five dollars. read more

This is a pretty large indoor playground. It offers a lot of options that will keep kids under 10 busy for several hours. They offer pizza and salad as well as cupcakes, but it was a family party and I never saw any pricing. The staff was friendly and the location was clean. There were always people available to help. Kids can play here for HOURS. There are so many fun things for the kids to do. Check-in is easy. The price is good if you plan to stay for more than a couple hours. The staff are nice. The place is clean. One thing I think they can work on is the temperature and ventilation. When we went, it was a hot day, and I wish they turned up the air conditioning. It gets all musty with all the sweaty kids and everything, so it can be uncomfortable when it's hot. But we'll still be coming here again! read more

Came for the first time today. We got here at ten am and it was very very clean. They have different prices for infant, toddler , children which is 2 and over and adult price. I really like that they have a lot of different pretend play areas as well as a library with books of different languages. They also have a play areas for under two and over three. Wowza. Located in the Source I was first turned off by the high price for admission but this place absolutely a gem. Everything is padded and clean and there is an area for toddlers 2 and under and 3 and over. There is a ball pit and a pretend place area and even an area with mario kart. The whole place incorporates the highlight of play and keeps it safe. It's been a loooong time since I've felt at ease sitting down watching my 1.5 year old run around and explore to her heart's freedom and play with her without worrying she'll get hurt. Loved the fish projecting and the ball pit as well. The price is quite high but it's unlimited admittance as long as you have the stamp and the receipt. By the end of the day, my toddler would've stayed here even longer because she had so much fun! It incorporates the best parts of various museums and play places(the ball suction in the ball pit), the interactive fish projected where children can draw their fish and have it shown swimming, the lego and magnetile area in the book section, and so much more. My daughter absolutely loved this place! We went on a rainy weekend so it was packed. The admission price was fair and the best part is you can leave and re-enter the same day. Playpie has various sections- a reading section, a dark room/screen projector section, a mini town play area, a toddler section with a baby area in the corner, and a bigger kid area. There was also a little cafe where you can buy drinks and snacks. The reading area had various books and a large table at the center with building toys. It was probably the most chill area of them all. The projector area had a large lite brite board which was really fun. There was an area where you can color your own fish and have it projected swimming in a ocean projected on the wall. The toddler section had a soft merry go round which was another fave. The big kids area had various slides, swings, climbing areas, and a tubing area. There were kids riding tricycles and mini cars throughout the place. It is a kid's paradise! Some cushions in the play areas were definitely worn and needed to be fixed/replaced. It would have also been nice to have more adult supervision/employee presence at the areas to make sure the kids were behaving and to ensure safety. A lot of the time there were kids playing in areas that weren't meant for their age, or kids playing rough and it would be nice having staff helping to keep kids in line especially if the parents aren't paying attention/don't care if their kids are acting out. Other than that, it was really fun, and my daughter had a great time. There was plenty to do and hours of endless fun. We would definitely come again. read more

Had a birthday party here for my son. They decorate the room and the kids have fun climbing around. They weren't crowded on Saturday around 1 pm when we got there but from 2-4 pm it was full of parents and kids. They have different places for young toddlers (ages 2-3) that reminds me of pretend city to play in and then the bigger area for kids aged 4 and older to climb on. Staff is friendly but there are strict restrictions for bringing in food and drinks. They have a food bar inside which is probably why they don't allow food inside so that you are forced to buy their food. It is an inconvenience especially with inflation a lot of parents do choose to pack and prep their own kids' food for snacks and meals as healthier options and also to save money. The food here is more junk food, nothing substantial (candy, sugary drinks, snacked cookies). Cleanliness is questionable. I haven't seen any of the staff wiping things down which leaves me a little uneasy about this place. There's a lot of stomach flus going around especially during winter season. The kids are having fun and enjoying which doesn't say much since kids love any play areas. I think overall there are better places to go too. read more

Mixed bag here. My toddler had a great time exploring the playground with its unique slides and interactive features. The variety of activities kept him entertained. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired - I noticed a lot of the toys were seeing significant wear. The biggest letdown was the customer service. We were the first ones there at 10a. The employee comes outside to setup the ropes. We ask if they're open now and she says no. Which is fine, but we continue to wait and she never lets us know to come in. Located in the middle of The Source mall, this indoor kiddo wonderland is a good way for kids to burn off that never-ending energy. They've got different play zones that kept my little ones engaged for a couple hours- there is even a book section, offering the kids plenty of activities to choose from. Play Pie is a good sized -plenty of space for the little ones to bounce around. It's a good thing they have that door that prevents the kids from running out - there are so many different areas where you can easily lose track of your running kid, especially if you're sitting down in their indoor cafe area. The play structure is pretty good and has some thrills for the young-uns. It is a good size and I saw several parents get up in there. The downside though is that it is getting kind of run down. You can tell that the play structure hasn't been dusted down in some time - I'm talking about a pile of dust on the surface of the play structure tunnels that show it has not been cared for in a while. Given that all indoor playgrounds are a cesspool, it feels kind of gross. Oh, and a quick tip: remember to bring your own grip socks (duh!). Otherwise, you gotta shell out $2 for a pair of socks. Overall, Play Pie is a solid choice for a fun time. From pretend play spots to cool slides, they've got something for every kiddo. Right smack in the middle of The Source mall, it's super convenient too. So, if you need something last minute to do with the kids, this is a good choice. read more

This place is very clean and huge. My daughter enjoyed the playground and interactive room too. The area that's supposed to be for 2 year and under children did get over run with bigger kids periodically. I like the fact you can re enter through out the day without having to pay again. This place is huge! I thought it was very reasonably priced, but maybe I'm comparing it to Pretend City in Irvine pricing. You pay once and can come in and out until 8 PM. There is a huge climbing, sliding, jumping area where your kid can explore to their heart's content. My favorite parts were the rock climbing wall, donut slide, and a clear bounce type area lit up with different lights. The ball pit could definitely use a refresh, but that is my only criticism. The pretend place spaces and library are very cute as well. Great place to take your kids to tire them out. I appreciated the cleanliness as well. read more

i think the best thing i could say is we don't live anywhere near this place and we bought a 10 pack of tickets; that's how great of a value we perceive it to be (+ of course, how much fun our son has running around here) admission includes one adult and is valid for the entire day/you can leave and come back. what's more, the jungle gym is big enough that it doesn't feel claustrophobic for me as an adult, and they have mario kart with the pedals + steering wheel for you to play for when you need to take a break from chasing around your little ones i'd estimate it's best for 3 to 5 year olds, if only because that's more or less the age of i see here the most. looking forward to the next time! read more

Located at THE SOURCE Plaza. I decided to host my daughter's birthday here. No outside food or decoration except birthday cake, water, and a few balloons (with their permission). Quite a bit of restrictions. Pretty pricey because admission is required for each child and adult. The place is pretty big with slides, reading area, and interactive area. But you can tell it's worn down and the cleanliness is questionable. There were 2 party rooms but I was not able to pick or find out until the day of the event. I definitely thought I got the crappier birthday room because the walls were worn out and needed repairs as the paint was coming off and definitely an eye sore in the pictures. The decoration on the worn out wall was pathetic too only with one happy birthday sign on the wall. With the room needing much renovation, I did not believe it should be the same price as the other room which looks completely different and renovated. If it's the same price, this is not fair for the customer. Should have adjusted the price based on the condition of the room. Pizza had to be ordered through them. It was OK. At least it came warm and the helper was nice. The kids were happy playing there but on the weekends it was a mad house. Lots of kids running around like crazy and parents either on their cell Or chitchatting with other ppl. Overall for the price, I would not recommend hosting a birthday party here unless they renovate both rooms and you know exactly which one you are getting. read more
