went there on my lunch from work. they advertised on groupon and I purchased it. Was told that I was not able to use it because they no longer honor the groupon however I had just purchased not 24hrs prior to going. I ended up staying only because I was on my lunch and had no time to go elsewhere or I would've walked out. Shame on you plaza Azteca what a scam and a way to bait people in.. My favorite Mexican spot in this town. The food and service were impeccable. The food is to die for and their drinks are enormous and really good. What really made it spectacular was the staff. The bartender and waitress were such nice people. And we went to eat here maybe 30 min before closing time. They were very accommodating and didn't rush us or anything. This is the #1 best Mexican spot in Warren. And they have crazy happy hour times from 3-7/8 where drinks are half off! Doesn't get better than that! read more

I like that they have more seafood options than the average Mexican restaurant in his area...I especially enjoy the lobster enchiladas. Their guacamole is the best around (they make it tableside and you can request it mild to hot). Overall, it's a pretty good restaurant and I enjoy it thoroughly. read more

This Place Has Good Mexican Food, it's Not All Tex-Mex. The Carne Asada Was Delicious along with fresh chips and Salsa. Not impressed at all. Quite sad too because they used to be delicious. We got the fajitas for two, the meat and veggies were good but the tortillas were stale, the refried beans were watery and the rice was over cooked. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Niles, but it is hit or miss on quality at times. Chips and salsa are always great. My biggest peeve is when they don't have certain ingredients and try to doctor the dish. It's never as good. My favorite menu item has cucumbers and the number of times they have not had cucumbers is unreasonable. As an owner, I would send an employee out to replenish asap in these situations. Aside of this, they do have good, fresh food and I love being able to stop in their grocery store for a few hard to find items. read more

Definitely try the fresh guacamole made at your table - delicious! Went for dinner with husband and kids. They had high chairs but I asked for a booster seat for my daughter and never got one. They do have a kids menu with good choices. Service was friendly, accurate, and efficient, though the language barrier made communication tough at times. I love the pictures in the menu and decided to try a dish from one. It was tilapia something (started with a v). Tilapia and shrimp with green olives, slivers of tomato and a flavorful but not spicy tomato sauce served over rice. It was cooked perfectly. I could tell the fish was previously frozen but it still had a good flavors. My husband got the fajita for two (and ate almost all of it himself). It had steak chicken and shrimp. The steak was very tender and tasted like a better cut of steak - not frozen micro cooled steak. He said the flavors were good and it came with generous servings of rice and beans on the side. By far the best though was the fresh guacamole fixed at your table. It was entertaining to watch the man prepare it and it smelled and tasted so fresh and delicious. It was a bit pricy - $5.99 - but worth every penny! We will definitely go back! read more

Very disappointing. Service was very slow (had to flag down a waitress to get served after waiting 1/2 hour). Food was not very good either. Chips were dripping with grease and the guacamole was bland. My wife's order was loaded with salt, too salty to eat like they were trying to hide something. My large margarita was $9.00 and had little if any alcohol. With real places like El Jalapeno and El Torrero (authentic mexican) right down the road, this place should just close up and do everyone a favor. El Torrero has the best margaritas, prices, food and service by far. read more

This is some of the best Mexican food I have ever eaten. A large menu gives many options, including a reasonably priced kid's menu. The food was delicious, and the presentation on the plates was beautiful. The tableside guacamole preparation was nice and customized to your tastes. This place is well worth the visit! read more

Easy 5/5. The food was delicious, the service was fast. One person in my party was an absolute you-know-what and threw a huge fit over the drink he ordered just because he didn't like how it tasted. The staff was nothing but helpful and discreet, took the drink and replaced it with something else for free, and was perfectly professional for the rest of the meal (even though I, personally, would have mixed vinegar into his food!). LOVE IT !!! WILL BE GOING BACK !!! My wife and I went there for the first time on Tuesday and we were both very impressed from the time we got there until we left. We received excellent service and the food was great. They brought the chicken and steak fajitas out on a sizzling platter with the tortilla wraps and filling all on a separate plate. It was all extremely well prepared and turns out that on Tuesdays the fajitas are on special so the bill was surprisingly low for the food we received. read more
