The pool was an average size that quickly filled up with kids. The quiet and peaceful environment doesn't no exist, so if you're looking to relax in silence during your dip in the hot waters, it's not going to happen. The other amenities are way too crowded to enjoy. The couples massage was supposed 45 min but the ladies taking care of us weren't in the mood, so it was cut short by half. I was charged 50 pesos to rent a swimsuit because the staff said my athletic outfit wasn't suitable for the water. Yet, almost immediately, I saw several people wearing the same type of clothing I had on, and they were allowed to enter without any issue. I was also told that sunscreen and snacks were not allowed, but once inside, I saw plenty of people using sunscreen and eating snacks around the pools. If you're going to have rules, they should apply to everyone equally. Unfortunately, the inconsistent enforcement, combined with the poor cleanliness and overcrowding, made for a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place.

The drive over from downtown Tijuana is picturesque, with rolling hills and the border wall on your right, and the giant Pacific looming ahead of you. When I went in April 2021, you could only access the Malecon from the north entrance by the border wall. You had to get your temperature taken & then you were given hand sanitizer. Walker traffic was only allowed to flow north to south. The views along the walkway are beautiful. It really seems to attract more locals than tourists. There are vendors selling snacks and souvenirs and plenty of restaurants nearby.
