Loudest Library on the Planet…read more This is a nice library. The staff is very helpful. But there is one issue that is truly remarkable. The staff is amazingly loud. No one lowers their voice when engaging customers. They all take calls and speak at the top of their lungs. They should set the tone of the library and reflect on the fact that people use this library (like all others) as a place to read, research and concentrate. It does not have to be super quiet, but just a respectful soft spoken environment. Please, fix this. You have a great library, but it is too noisy for everyone.

It can be a grand adventure to poke around in all of this stuff - lots of glassware and plates, and all kinds of kitchen ware for those looking to stock up supplies for their vacation houses. Books and CDs and DVDs, too.There's also big stuff for outdoors - small furniture, beach supplies. And the best part - it's all free (although you need a town sticker to enter). I usually bring a recyclable shopping bag and I've gotten some really great stuff. And you can just take it all back if it's served its temporary purpose. The only downside is that there isn 't a whole lot of parking and sometimes you have to wait to park.
