After talking to Jesse about carpet stains that wouldn't come out, he assured me that he could take care of them as he deals with them all the time. I was lucky enough to get on his schedule for the next day after I had my carpets stretched. We had 3 rooms of carpets cleaned and one La-Z-Boy chair that we thought couldn't be cleaned. I had another carpet cleaning company come about 2 months prior and did a horrible job. The carpet looked just as dirty, if not more dirty after it dried. After talking with Jesse on the phone and describing what I needed, I decided to give him a try. I was amazed at the difference between Jesse and the "other" company. Jesse spent time on every spot and was so meticulous in his cleaning. He cleaned a large family room carpet, walk-in closet carpet, large area rug, two sofas and when he was finished I asked if he could clean our 4 bar stool, which are a microfiber material. I am very satisfied with the work he did. Managed to get some tough stains out. He gave me tips on how to spot treat areas in the future. I also have a lot of tile in the house that I have had trouble keeping the grout clean. He recommended a product to me to try for regular cleaning and gave me a quote to clean professionally. Jesse came over to our house in Moraga and cleaned our white carpets. The carpets were less than two years old and mainly needed a basic maintenance except for a few spots and one large coffee spill. Jesse did the entire house in just a couple of hours and got out all of the stains. I rarely leave reviews, but the one thing i was the most impressed by is that after the carpet dried coffee that was obviously in the pad soaked into the carpet and created a new stain (where there wasn't one before).
