I paid for the 3 bedrooms and the master bedroom clearly still has areas of heavy foot traffic by the door. I thought it would lighten up after it dried but it didn't, so I think this area just didn't get enough attention. There was also a stain left in one of the smaller bedrooms that I think could've been treated more throughly. I plan to treat these areas myself before moving the furniture back into the rooms where they belong. I still left a tip. UPDATE: the business owner contacted me offering to come back and re-clean the areas. I appreciated them following up and taking the time to address the issue. Two technicians Will and Frank came over and did a great job in cleaning the dark spots and removing the stain in the other room. If you decide to use this business, I'd definitely recommend requesting Will and Frank.

James arrived for 2nd job but did not honor my repeat business quote from colleague, and because I was moving out and limited on time- James took advantage and up charged me an outrageous amount. I booked after reading the reviews, but I don't want anyone to feel unsafe with this man in your home. As a woman, I was lucky my husband was there to protect me... As with any vendor that lacks service completion... a second opinion is warranted. And in this case, gave us the proof we needed to write an honest, accurate review. I would have happily scheduled the carpet installer at the same time so he could inform you how easy it was to remove these "impossible stains". And I'm sorry, somehow my review isn't legit because I submitted the review two months after your service? Please avoid this company if you value integrity.

However, once installation started, things changed significantly. The crew arrived late every day -- typically 30 minutes to an hour and a half -- without any prior notice. Communication with the contractor during the project was difficult to maintain. The project was quoted as taking 1-3 days but ended up taking 6 days. While some of the delay was due to necessary leveling work, the first day consisted only of carpet removal with less than 4 hours of actual work. The flooring itself looks great. However, the finished work left several issues: gaps along the baseboards, paint damage on the walls, and pink staining in multiple areas. One gap measured nearly 1/4 inch and was only addressed after I raised it myself-- it was not proactively caught or fixed by the crew. Additional smaller gaps remain unresolved. The walls and baseboards were noticeably more damaged after installation than before. The initial impression was positive, which made the overall experience all the more disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
