When I walked in I was greeted there was only one worker as the counter which to me look difficult but she was keeping up. They do have flights unfortunately it's more like two sips - I'm more of a fan give me all my pores at once so I can chit chat mingle if I have other people with me luckily was just myself. I tried all the semi-sweet selections which I was only a fan of one but I did purchase my mother a semi-sweet that wasn't too bad. Not really food here per say more of snacks than anything so if you're hungry make sure you eat beforehand Just a suggestion. What was funny as somebody went to pop some popcorn and the lights will start flickering so just be aware of that took me off guard when I saw it. Only thing that I probably didn't like about what the waitress did was when she retrieved the glasses from the top She put her fingers inside every glass except for mines because then I would have said something. Basically she needs a stool It's hopefully they incorporate that next time. Would I come again Not really because the wines did not wow me but if you're more of a dry type person then you might like this place. Side note they have a airplane somewhere on the property but I believe that requires a private tour. Happy drinking!!!

Their boat trailer had somehow detached from their vehicle and was laying, tilted forward on the pavement. In fact, after my visit, I think I actually appreciate its rough appearance. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was entering "the real deal" of craft; nothing fancy - just quality. In addition to his beers, he also makes his own spirits and the whiskey was absolutely phenomenal. I'm not a huge whiskey guy so I'm sure a "snobby" person may have a different opinion but it's most definitely worth a shot during your visit. The owner, who was working behind the bar, was extremely personable and seemed to make quick friends with every guest that came in. You could tell he takes a lot of pride in his craft. I will be back and will make sure I bring others with me to experience this hidden gem.

When I arrived early just to check in, they said our table was ready whenever we wanted, and they happily started serving us at 6:30. Some people were seated outside, with tent umbrellas to shield the rain, and there was an upstairs room with more of a brewhouse experience. I recommend the latter if you're visiting. The downstairs room felt sparse and too open. Things got a little funky after that. Everything requires ordering through Toast, which worked for most of us but not all. Toast is missing the personal touch of people asking for your order when you are getting table service and not ordering at the counter. The one lady serving us was generous to personally take the order for my one friend who didn't want to put his credit card online. Otherwise, your order is carted over by "teenagers" (the lady's exact quote) from the smokehouse across the street. When you place your order, it comes out as it's prepared. Your table may not all come out at once, especially if it's 7 people like ours. Drink and deal with it, I suppose. But the wait from first dish to last wasn't terribly long. I really enjoyed my sandwich. They did a great job with their smoked chicken - I'm glad I let their smokehouse influence me. It was on an excellent pretzel bun. Great beer. So other than people's rumblings about Toast, we had a good time overall and didn't let the weather rain on our parade.

But the beer is everything you came for. I love this brewery. It's clean, well lit, spacious, and it's almost always spot on.
