First I will start with Rafael…read morewho came out within a half hour when I called for a quote for a new roof mounted swamp cooler. I have been worried about replacing my old one but he assured me that they would do an amazing job, and they gave me a fair price. This morning Rafael, Josh and Arturo showed up, the nicest guys you could ever meet. They checked out the location of the unit and immediately set out to work. I couldn't believe how fast the old one came down and the new one went up. My roof is slanted with solar panels up there, there is a 4ft wide space in between but it requires care when maneuvering around them. Several other men came just to help swap the units and then they were gone. Again really nice young men. There were lots of things concerning the old cooler, I didn't know it wasn't installed many years ago correctly so while we had lots of air in our attic was very cool LOL They made sure it was perfect, I'm so happy with the installation, Rafael, Josh and Arturo are truly professionals but more then that they are a pleasure to have do the work. I have been using Anderson since we moved here in 2002, wouldn't use any other company. I entered into a contract to have service performed twice per year at a reduced rate. They performed the service on my HVAC system on Friday, May 29, 2026. The system has worked for 11 years without issues, then stopped working after their service yesterday. I called to report the issue and they nicely informed me they could come out on Monday, June 1. They said there would be a $96 charge to come out sooner. I said I would like for them to come out as soon as possible to fix their work and will not be paying any extra fees since the HVAC was working before their service. I was told they would call the service manager to see what they could do and have not heard back. It is convenient that the weather is nice enough to not need either the AC or the heater until Monday. I oversee the Facilities Division of a local government and as a government bureaucracy we would not leave an occupied facility without HVAC over the weekend, so it is difficult for me to understand how a contracted customer is not important enough to make whole after breaking their system. Our people are on call and would respond the same day. How is it this private sector company will not inconvenience themselves to warrant their work? The whole intent of having the contract was to be proactive to ensure this kind of issue would not happen. I will be canceling my contract on Monday after they repair the system as I am clearly not important enough for them to be inconvenienced to guarantee their own work.
