My contractor recommended Farnum Electric, and it was one of the best recommendations. Rusty, the owner, came out immediately when I needed an estimate. It was a fair estimate so I asked him to do the work. The electricians were quick to start the first part of the job. They were really easy to work with and were great when I changed my mind about some things, causing them to have to change the work. In addition I added things out of the original scope of the estimate, and they managed to get that work done as well within the same timeframe. After most of the remodel was done, Rusty and his crew needed to come back to finish the work that could only be done at the end. He sent over a full crew and they arrived when promised. After the work was done Rusty came back to modify something. Also, I needed them to change one more thing for my range to work correctly. His crew again handled it immediately. The day and time came and no one showed up. We reached out asking for an update and were told by electrician that he had an emergency. He provided us with a different date and time and assured us by stating "I'll be there 100%", and we agreed. The day came and we received another message stating that he can't make it and provided us with different date. We declined and moved on. Needless to say, we're very disappointed in their customer service and would not recommend this company.
