The plumbers came this morning and got the problem fixed. They were definitely knowledgeable, but they offset that good work with poor cleanliness habits. They came and fixed the faucet that wasn't working well, and it probably took around 15 minutes to get it running well again. After they left, however, I noticed they had walked in with their boots and took no measures to ensure cleanliness in their workspace. They left a bunch of water on the floor, and combined with their dirty boots, it left tracks of mud in the bathroom. It was pretty filthy, and they made no effort to clean after themselves. I would prefer not to work with them again given my experience. Jimmy be quick but he also be dirty. read more

I've recently used Jimmy B Quick Plumbing again. My rental house blocked drain issue was fixed in about 15 minutes by Jim & Mike. The Tenant initially called Bill Howe that didn't fix it & said a $315 camera inspection was needed to find obstruction and other fees to finally fix it!!! Our sink sprayer was leaking and the part that needed to be replaced was discontinued. I called/texted Jimmy B Quick to come install a new sink and it was Jimmy and his son, Mike, who came to my house. They were so fast that I almost couldn't believe it. I think it was about 30 minutes to uninstall the old sink and install the new one. For scheduling, by the time I reached out and asked their availability to when they arrived for their scheduled visit it was under 24 hours. Most businesses these days have a ridiculous wait time.
