For the record, Legally, A purchasers signature is not required for a money order to be negotiable. So I spent an hour and a half of my day meeting up with my home buyer on his lunch break to have him sign it. Then the same lady there accused me of forging the signature on the money order check when I got back. Even after showing her extensive documentation on the check, I showed her docusigned papers for the check. $1000 Due diligence for selling my home with all of our signatures and names printed on it. But no that still wasn't enough. I had to call my agent and she had to call their agent to contact the home buyers just so they could talk to him on the phone, So finally she accepts it after hassling me for 15min letting a huge line pile up behind me. Then doesn't mention that there was a $50 fee after she hands the cash to me. I refused and gave the money back.. All that for nothing! And she had an attitude the whole time.
