We went when it was busy and the parking lot was FULL, but a parking lot should accommodate for the capacity of the restaurant. People were parking at the business over and on the grass patches next to the restaurant. We were on the waiting list and as mentioned before we were struggling to find parking and within 2 minutes of alerting that our table was ready, they had taken us off of the waitlist. We let them know we were parking and the lot is full and they said we'd just have to wait another 15-20 minutes before they could seat us, which we did. We got sat and the waiter was trying to upsell us on almost every single menu item we ordered. She would ask a question and phrase it to where you wouldn't know something was an up charge but more of an option of preference. (Would you like drums, flats, or a mix?) I think if something costs extra you should definitely let the customer know, out of courtesy. Anyways, we got our food with a couple of wrong things but nothing we couldn't get over. The restaurant ran out of appetizer plates and knives so that was a bit odd. When it came time to pay the bill, the restaurant didn't apply the special that was going on that night despite meeting the requirements but we had already paid so I wasn't gonna go through all that hassle cause it didn't seem worth it at that point. When it was time to tip, the waiter never let us know that auto gratuity was already on the bill and just showed us the % tip options. I figured it was because we were a party of six and that is an industry standard but I just found it odd that if you're not gonna show us the bill where it's stated on there that there is auto gratuity then you should at least let the party know. Upon arrival we were greeted and informed of a 15 minute wait time. It's a pretty hectic environment and has a lot going on (big screens and music) so if you're easily overstimulated this probably isn't the best place to dine. We're first timers so it took a while to look through the menu and decide on what to try. Luckily our waitress was being trained by someone who knew their stuff and we tried all the recommended options. It took a while to put our order in I'm assuming due to the trainee, but the food came out pretty quickly. Very typical "bar foods" and everything tasted ok. I come to this location very often because I usually get good service. Pluckers wing club member as well. The last few visits have been very disappointing but I never bothered to leave a review until now. Our server acknowledged if I wanted to wait for my pluckers nachos to arrive before ordering and I said yes. I proceed to wait 30+ mins for nachos that were NEVER rung in. Me and my pregnant wife work long hours. Decided to come out for dinner instead of cooking with our 2 year old and we couldn't even eat because we never received our appetizer. Very frustrated and annoyed with my experience tonight. I really hope something gets done about this because this cannot happen. read more

I highly rate this pluckers specifically because of how good our service was. We sat at the bar since the wait was so long (our fault for not joining the wait list on a busy night) since the bar is first come first serve we were ok with that. We had 3 ladies taking care of us for drinks & food (which were also so good) they were even nice enough to give us samples of the different sauces/ rubs we wanted to try but weren't sure about. The drinks were also delicious! I enjoyed the night and the waitresses. 10:10 reccomend this sports/ wing bar over Buffalo Wild Wings any day. Do keep in mind it is loud so if you want to come in for a moderately loud atmosphere this isn't for you. read more

This needs to be fixed on someone's end because there's no reasonI should arrive at my pick up time and have to wait another 15-20 min after pick up time. i wouldn't have ordered if it was going to take longer than my lunch break. Someone in the front claimed to go check , came back to talk to a group of girls in the front without saying a word to me. Frustrated and don't see myself coming here again due to the service. This is a great place to stop by and grab a beer and wings and enjoy some time with our colleagues. We got seated quick and got to look at the menu and order a couple of beers. We did have a new waiter who is pretty green but he did the best he could but I'll let the food speak for itself. The wings here were phenomenal! From mild to insanely hot this is a nice selection of wings and cold beer that you got to try. I got a fried chicken sandwich with waffle fries and some hot sauce and it was fantastic and all of the meals seem to come out hot fresh full of flavor so kudos to the chef. We manage to to get checked out and a couple of more beers throughout the evening but another great spot in Pasadena to get your grub on and leave full and happy. Highly recommend!! read more

This location is a drive for me but my sister loves this location. I will say that the wait time was long but aside from that the service was good. The food was good, I've been to multiple location in the houston area to Austin area and this is thus far the most welcoming location. I always love Pluckers and I do like and appreciate this location. I mainly go a lot during lunch which can be super busy but the staff does an AMAZING job of getting us in and out. They really do a great job of attending everyone so kindly, getting orders correct and out efficiently and getting us everything we need. Food is always hot, fresh and so good! If people get on the waitlist they should be seated as such. Instead they excuse themselves by seating others first just because they are there to see the "game". My family and I waited more than an hour and we would just see others with either the same amount of people or less be seated before us. And every update we received was a stupid and invalid excuse. We were first in line for 40 mins straight. That makes no sense. Pluckers works too much on promoting themselves than actually providing fair and good service. read more

We ordered 3 meals and two of them were warmish* chicken strips and less warm* Fries, so we couldn't even pretend that the chicken got cold waiting for hot fries (or vice versa) and not that it matters but we probably won't be back. read more

Visited Pluckers Pasadena on a Saturday. Ended up using the virtual wait list , it's a must. Got sat a table next to bar. Early dinner very crowded that night. Everything moving slow as far as service is concerned. Took 10 mins to get drinks after ordering. And it literally took 45 mins for food to come out. Server taking too much time with large groups. Ordered my beer and wife's drink prior to food coming out and it didn't get to the table until more than 3/4 way thru dinner much less daughter needing a tea refill as well. I have never had an experience like this at Pluckers. Don't think we'll be returning to this location in the future. The only bright spot for the visit was the pluckers special of the week which was the brownie with blue bell ice cream. Can never go wrong with that! read more

Our Texas weather... so bipolar. Food was great! Drinks did not take too long to arrive, but the food came after a little while. (Which is fair because we got so many things). We came on a Thursday evening and everyone in the restaurant got a Tornado Watch warning with the iconic, and PRETTY annoying buzzer. The lights flickered, then the power went out. My sister was having a situation, (Which I won't be including for personal privacy), Couldn't get any pictures of the restaurant while the power was out. Thundered a few times, normal things if you're from Pasadena. Overall, I rate this place a solid 4 stars. read more
