The girl working here eventually greeted me, though she seemed far more interested in texting, chatting and watching videos and was annoyed with my rude interruption. When I asked for the rates, she just pointed at a piece of paper, couldn't be bothered to actually have a conversation with me. She didn't tell me anything about the space, just told me to grab any desk that's not reserved. Shortly before 3pm, a sign went up on doors stating that they will be locked until 9am Monday (was here on a Friday). When a guy got locked out and was let back in, the members rolled their eyes and said that "All doors get locked when she leaves".

When I asked to end my membership right after signing, they flat-out refused and kept trying to lock me into months of payments. They love to bury you in hidden fees, scripted customer-service replies, and policies that make it impossible to leave without losing money. Even returning a simple access card becomes a drawn-out process designed to squeeze a few more dollars out of you. This company thrives on confusion, not customer care. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would. Regus is the definition of corporate greed dressed up as "flexible workspace." Avoid at all costs.

Pre-COVID, I would avoid a one-hour long commute to work on occasion as my employer partnered with Star Space as a remote working location for their employees. There are numerous working environments (some formal, some informal, and also includes an outdoor patio that has WiFi connectivity) that are all set up with external monitors and peripherals. The printing is fast and there are conference rooms that can be reserved in advance for a small fee. There are sometimes community events meant to bring together those using the co-working space to get to know each other and exchange ideas. Post-COVID, they have aligned with proper precautions for the county and I feel completely safe working from there. There is a key fob that you can use during and after-hours, truly making this workplace accessible 24/7. Their kitchen is also fantastic. It is usually stocked with many single-serve type items (think cheese, hummus, pickle pouches, fruits, trail-mix type snacks, and beverages galore). Microwave, kitchen, and non-stop coffee. (There is oddly a premium coffee machine up front that I have NEVER seen been used as they charge a fee. This seems like it is a waste and should just be made available for users to make their own coffee.). Lunch is usually via a group DoorDash, but I find it easier and cheaper to often order separately and have it delivered to the the front door. All-in-all, Star Space is a wonderful co-working space that allows me to work outside the distracting environment in my own home, but not having to commute to my regular workplace or to another distracting environment like the library or coffee shops. The accelerator had a wonderful sense of camaraderie and was a supportive environment in which to learn business essentials, and to learn from each other. Outside the accelerator program, the Dojo is a really friendly, grass-roots environment in which people can hang out, do work, and share ideas, and the people in charge of it are very passionate about it. (As an example of it being a friendly place, one of the regulars there impromptu-shared delicious bacon sandwiches that he had just barbequed.) I've grown very fond of it.

The event featured live music and had plenty of vendors lining the streets, selling a variety of merchandise including totes, accessories, and pet supplies, and food tents offering mainly asian cuisine, japanese octopus balls, roasted chestnuts, even multiple bbq skewer vendors. I picked up some beef skewers from Taste Memory, and it was delish! The downtown area hosts a range of special events throughout the year, like the awesome Sunnyvale Farmers' Market held on Saturday mornings, one of my faves. But even the businesses serve visitors' needs daily, plenty of shops, eateries, and entertainment venues, some in the Cityline center including Whole Foods, Target, The Melt, Urban Plates, Tipsy Putt, and the AMC dine-in movie theater. One of the biggest things I appreciate is the availability of free parking, multiple parking lots and garages, adding a convenience that's not to be taken for granted.

Beware of post-cancellation charges and unresponsive billing support…read more I signed up for Spaces Santa Clara because the workspace itself looked great--clean design, solid Wi-Fi, and a personable front-desk team. Unfortunately, everything unraveled once I decided to leave. Clunky, confusing cancellation: Finding the cancellation option on the Regus/Spaces member portal felt like a scavenger hunt. It's buried under several sub-menus, and the wording is anything but clear. After far too much clicking around, I finally submitted the request and even received written confirmation. Still charged--twice: Despite cancelling, my card was hit with charge in back-to-back months. I emailed billing support immediately and looped in a regional manager. Aside from automated "we've received your request" replies, there's been radio silence--no timeline, no accountability, no refund. Bottom line: The workspace may look polished, but their backend systems and customer support are anything but. If you join: Screenshot every step of your cancellation. Monitor your statements like a hawk. Be prepared to chase down refunds on your own time. Until Spaces Santa Clara (and parent company Regus) streamline their cancellation flow and fix their billing follow-up, I can't recommend them.

However, when we decided to move out, the owner, Shri Chawla, refused to return security deposit to us. He didn't reply any messages, nor did he send any receipts for our money. We were a long time tenant at this working space and helped him fix computer issues. We definitely show our best effort to help his business as well. His attitude makes me sick. DO NOT rent a working space from him. He is moving his working space to 4019 Transport St Palo Alto, CA and 4039 Transport St, Palo Alto, CA, 94303. Please do your research before renting an office from him.

The teachers are harder to review, as each one is different and interacts with the kids differently. The newborn room was very relaxed, calm, clean, no shoes allowed, and quite. My youngest was always happy to go to school when he was in the newborn room. He was moved to the next room at age 18 months, then again at 2 years old. That is a bit too much changing around for a kid only there for a year, he's already had more than 8 different teachers. My 4 year old was in the 3 year old room for a year, and moved on to the 4 year old room just recently. He is pretty happy with his teachers, although he has had a couple issues with other students and we had to get the teachers involved they seems concerned and willing to work with us.
